There are not that many things that are more annoying than an unstable connection and WiFi “dead zones” around your house… It takes forever to load a single website, video buffering takes so long that you don’t even want to watch it anymore, and constantly “breaking” video calls bring endless frustration instead of happiness. Sounds familiar? Then there’s a perfect solution that solves all these irritating issues in seconds – and it’s called the Omega WiFi Amp! This compact yet powerful device allows you to increase your Wi-Fi’s range by “grabbing” a signal from your router and amplifying it to reach even the furthest corners of your house.

Terrible setup experience

First the instructions with the device are in such small print that you need a magnifying glass and the instructions are poorly written. When I went to the online support page the box where you type your request it has a dark blue background with a black type face. Practically unreadable.

New out of the box will NOT power on

New out of the box will NOT power on. Customer service said they would reply to me in 24 hours. Do not buy this product. The company does not standby their warrantee and it is poorly made.

Read All Reviews - Horrible Experience, Product Still Doesn't Work

If I could give it no stars, I would! I am so disappointed. It has the worst customer service. The extender didn't work. What I thought would be an easy fix turned into a long process, and I still have an extender that doesn't work. My impression is that they don't care once you purchase their product. They ignore any follow-up requests for support. I would NOT recommend.

I was sent a defective Wi-fi booster

I was sent a defective Wi-fi booster. I paid the return shipping. When they did my refund it was 10.00 short what I paid. So I lost close to $20.00 on an item they sent me that didn't work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Crooks! Consumer Service didn't care they kept paying of my money.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. Sounds to good to be true and it is. Had a difficult time setting it up, ended up using the cable. Interesting that the first IP address they list is missing the “p” in http and tries to get you to give a cc#. Don’t fall for that.

This company and product are trash

This company and product are trash. First off, the product does not work. Secondly, when I returned the item, the company claimed they did not receive it, therefore not giving me my money back. These people are criminals. I even had a tracking number claiming they did receive it. Do NOT!!!!! buy this product. Garbage!!!!!

Gave up trying to connect to the product

I have wasted hours trying to connect my devices to this wifi amp. Their tech support is the joke. They just refer you to the user guides or video tutorials but do not give you any useful information. None of the tutorials seem to be written for MAC users. I am going to return it (assuming they actually allow me to do that)

Solved my Wi-Fi issue

Only 3 days from placing the order to receiving the product at my front door.
Setup was easy! Instructions were easy to read and follow. Definitely eliminated the dead zone in my house. Wi-Fi signal was none and now 3 or 4 bars.

Received product today after waiting…

Received product today after waiting for 13 days. Took me 2 hours of trying before product would finally connect to network. Once connected my internet speed dropped from 500 mbs to 50 mbs on main level of my home. On upper level where I was hopint to boost signal the speed dropped from 105mbs to 8 mbs. In my experience the product did nothing as advertised and instead of boosting my signal to amazing speed, it dropped my signal to barely usable speeds

I feel so stupid that I didn't look at…

I feel so stupid that I didn't look at these reviews first. This product DOES NOT work. It wouldn't connect to my router. I spent hours trying everything to make it work and I have installed many router boosters in the past. They won't give you a return label you have to pay to return the non working item. ITS A SCAM PEOPLE

Bought my Omega WiFi amp 12/4/22 did…

Bought my Omega WiFi amp 12/4/22 did not work from the start. Corresponded with the support staff they said to reset the unit which I had already done numerous times. They also suggested to follow their manual for installation which I did but the unit still would not work. Finally sent an e-mail to support at omegawifiamp.com as the suggest on their web site for returns but have not received any info back. Very disappointed.

I could hardly be more enthusiastic about Omega WiFI Amp.

I could hardly be more enthusiastic about this product. Not once but TWICE it has made a huge difference for me. I watched my so and all those living in his apartment complex (with 12 units) SO frustrated at the weak WiFi signal, we made the WHOLE apartment building THRILLED with their WiFi experience. Their download experience literally increased by 10X. So, I then bought one for my brother-in-law's cabin. Their router down the hill put off a HORRIBLE signal. Then we amped it up with this extender and now the four-bedroom cabin is PERMEATED with a strong WiFi signal. Just this weekend I enjoyed the strong signal. And I was a HERO for introducing it. Be a hero yourself. I genuinely recommend you get this and take away your weak-signal frustrations and get Omega WiFi Amp.
