They intentionally hide fees and…

They intentionally hide fees and charges with in long documents to force you to pay more than you should. They have horrible user interfaces what force you into inconvenient places and make it hard to find what you really want.

Default payment method is credit card…

Default payment method is credit card with additional fees so I tried to make bank payment without fee instead. Got an error message...had to waste a bunch of time connecting my bank account instead of sending my kid to school with $9 for a field trip. The terms include letting a separate vendor named Stripe have access to my bank account and banking data for the linked account for a full year. After wasting my valuable time, payment was finally made through Omella. Now I have to wait for Stripe to complete the payment and then remove them from access to my bank account through the PNC Banking app...all in order to avoid additional fees on a school field trip. I used an alt email through Omella because you can only imagine the data reselling and spam you could possibly receive. Receipt didn't get emailed from Omella but came through Stripe. How many third parties does it take to pay for a field trip? Dystopian.
