From the first consultation I felt immediately at ease with Dr Omer. He is so kind and gentle , and more importantly a very talented surgeon. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and with ease. I wil forever be thankful for the care shown by Dr Omer and his team during one of the most vulnerable events in my life(my tummy tuck). The recovery has honestly been pretty much pain free , which I can’t quite believe myself and although I’m only one week post op, I’m delighted with my results . I would return again to Dr Omer without any hesitation for any cosmetic needs

What can I say ? Dr Omer Polat is just such a lovely, kind, genuine man. I felt completely at ease with him from the first meeting. Completely professional, no pressure to have anything I didn't want. I had a wobble today day after the operation because I was so swollen and uncomfortable, and he was just so kind and reassuring.

Five star service from start to finish. We were collected from the airport with a warm welcome and taken to hospital for a consultation the day before my operation. Everyone was very professional compassionate and kind. The process was explained using clear communication and questions answered in detail. The operation went well and I am so happy with my results. I loved the whole experience from the dedicated team , the hotel and the Turkish people , Izmir is beautiful and worth exploring if like me you have time , I had an upper blephraplasty and fat graft stem cells to my temples cheek and lateral cheek I also had a mole removed and a chemical peel along my chin to mouth lines , all great no nasty pain . Dr Omar polar is very thoughtful in his procedures and I was truly very happy with my gold standard surgery and after care . Nurse Fatima amazing highly skilled , and Ezel coordinates the whole trip and is charming , as is the driver great team I’d be back for sure . My two friends had been previously and retuned for further surgery along with me .

I was looking for a secondary rhinoplasty since my first one 20 years ago left me with a dropped tip, uneven nostrils, and worsening breathing. My case was very complex, I spent 6 months meticulously researching and speaking with 27 different doctors and clinics in Turkey before finding Dr. Ömer Polat and the Ezwell Clinic.
but from my first call with Dr. Ömer Polat, he completely stood out. He understood my exact concerns and explained the nasal anatomy in a detailed, technical, yet easy-to-understand way.

During my in-person consultation at the clinic, we used a 3D simulation to properly plan the surgery. I was very meticulous about my design, and Dr. Polat truly listened to my "do's and don'ts" so we shared the exact same vision. The surgery itself was flawless. I felt no pain during or after, and the hospital nurses and clinic coordinators were incredibly kind and well-trained, providing an amazing post-op protocol.

Cast removal day was overwhelming in the best way possible. Even though I am only 16 days post-op, my nose looks better than I could have ever expected. The symmetry, size, and shape are perfectly proportioned, giving me a naturally refined look that far exceeded my own expectations, and very important mentioning my breathing is much better now.

Dr. Polat is honest, and a true artist with incredible technique and vision. I am so thrilled with my results that I am already thinking of coming back to him in the future for a small eyelid procedure. Highly recommended!

Dr Polat recently performed a breast uplift surgery with fat transfer for me. I also had some additional back liposuction during the procedure. After reaching out to Ezwell health tourism I was given a consultation from Dr Polat with advice that addressed my concerns. He is a lovely man that is very easy to talk to, takes time to listen to your worries, answer any questions and gives honest advice to give you the best outcome for your surgery. Upon arriving in Izmir I was taken to the clinic to meet with him face to face. He makes you feel at ease, is friendly, while remaining professional. I had a few concerns regarding my surgery, he didn't make me feel silly for worrying and explained what outcome I could expect depending on what I decided to do. In the end I stayed with my original plan for a breast uplift, and I'm very glad I did. Dr Polat was able to show me a simulation of all my different options which helped me visualise the outcome. He works closely with the nurse Fatma who is an amazing lady who works very hard. She was very attentive towards me, very gentle with the care she provides and made the removal of the drains pain free. I was panicking about that process and I didn't even feel them come out. I am going back to Izmir in May to have further surgery with Dr Polat, and cannot wait to see everyone again. Dr Polat is not a mere MD, he is a magician. For decades I’d dreamt of having smaller breasts. Always having had large boobs, and after childbirth etc etc I decided to take action, and so I had an uplift in Belgium without implants 20 years ago and I was extremely pleased with the result. Now as women age we lose skin firmness due to the fall of estrogen which has a detrimental effect on elastin and collagen production, both integral to firm skin, alas menopause would be the demise of my boobs, weight fluctuations didn’t help, and so with great anticipation and excitment I extensively researched breast reduction surgery in Turkey which led me to Ezwell Health Tourism and Dr Polat. From the first meeting at the clinic straight from the airport Dr Polat and the whole team put me at ease, photos were taken in a private room followed by before and after photos of previous reductions, my expectations were discussed, questions were answered and Dr Polat explained the different techniques involved. I felt Dr Polat listened tentatively and understood the assignment. Surgery was arranged for the following morning unless I would change my mind, which they understood could happen. I did not ! I was taken straight to the hospital from
first consultation. I was checked in as a patient and blood tests, blood pressure and chest X-rays followed. The anaesthetist gave me a quick medical. Height, weight etc listened to heart and lungs, consequently I was given permission to proceed. Cleared for anaesthetic. On the morning of surgery the team came to the hospital, Dr Polat made the necessary markings on my breasts, being reassured throughout, I was never afraid or nervous, just excited. Dr Polat was the last familiar face I seen before the GA, he said some comforting reassuring words to me and I distinctly remember his smile put me at ease, I remember vividly the twilight drug being administered and I remember feeling relaxed and happy, and warm, I remember slowly blinking and looking forward to the deep sleep, and a lovely nurse covering me in a warm electric blanket, she pulled it up over me like a warm hug. The surgery was a success, before I knew it I was being brought round, the op was over in the blink of an eye. I felt safe and contained and looked after. In recovery I had constant blood pressure readings and Iv fluids and drip fed antibiotics. I never once felt ignored or dismissed, the whole medical team are amazing. Always someone constantly checking, pulse, temp, asking ‘are you ok’ Dr Polat is a true professional and above all else he is empathetic and personable. He LISTENED to what I WANTED then he made it happen, Dr Polat has changed my life for the better. He has given me exactly the breast shape I have always wanted; being a realist I know the limitations of cosmetic surgery and how important it is to have realistic expectations, hoping for the best but not quite letting your hopes build up too much, but my reduction by this exceptional human being has far exceeded my expectations. The scars are thin and sutures undetectable and so far my breasts are symmetrical, always a worry but they are so well done, Behind every great man there’s a very supportive team and in this case Dr Polats medical team and wife Ezel is as integral to positive outcomes and happy ever afters as the surgery itself. I had surgery with Dr. Omer Polat in Izmir, Turkey, and it has honestly been the worst decision of my life.

Before surgery, I raised my concerns multiple times about not wanting loose skin. I was repeatedly reassured that this would not be an issue. However, six months later, my stomach looked significantly worse than before surgery. I am left with lumps, folds, loose skin, visible asymmetry, and severe changes in skin texture. Instead of improving my body, this procedure has left me feeling disfigured.

What makes this even more upsetting is that I was told any revisions would be free if necessary. Despite this, after expressing my concerns at the six-month mark and being told that a revision might be possible, his team later quoted me £3,000. I fully understand that some costs may apply, but this amount is completely unreasonable — especially when the issues are not my fault. I followed strict aftercare for several months exactly as instructed.

During a video consultation at six months post-op, when I explained that the stomach lumps, folds, and unevenness had not improved, Dr. Polat laughed at me. This response was incredibly upsetting and dismissive, especially considering the emotional toll of living with a body I no longer recognize. Being laughed at while explaining that my body has been left damaged was deeply distressing.

I also had arm liposuction, which resulted in severe asymmetry and visible lumps. When I raised this concern with Dr. Polat, I was simply told to “go to the gym.” On top of this, I now have permanent numbness in the liposuction area and cannot feel hot or cold, which is extremely worrying. I hoped that everything would be back to normal, but I am now 1 year post op and still the same.

This entire experience has been emotionally and physically devastating. I trusted this surgeon with my body, raised my concerns clearly, followed all aftercare instructions, and still ended up with permanent issues and dismissive treatment afterward.

I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Omer Polat or his clinic to anyone. Please think very carefully before choosing this surgeon.

Dr Omar Polat is a real life wizard. He has magic hands and that is no joke. The work to my eyes is first class and I wouldn’t let anyone else work on me.

From my initial contact with Dr Omer Polat stood above other surgeons I'd spoke to. His diagnosis about what procedures I needed where complete and well considered. Where to begin when it comes to my experience with the lovely Dr Ömer Polat? From the initial consultation, where he spent around 45 minutes patiently answering any queries in perfectly fluent English, I felt at ease.

Coming from London, UK to Turkey for treatment initially felt very daunting. At first, I was hesitant about having treatment abroad - I worried about things such as the language barrier and the quality of care but Dr Ömer went above and beyond all my expectations.

He was extremely professional
from start to finish and his presence was always comforting, making even the hospital stay feel relaxed. His attention to the finer details and pride in his work is something I would struggle to find to such a high level elsewhere.

The clinic is beautiful and modern and he is clearly very dedicated to his craft. His work is supported by a wonderful and supportive team of co-ordinators and nurses who were always there to provide reassurance and answer any queries. I am incredibly happy with the outcome of my surgery and would recommend Dr Ömer every single time!

After losing a significant amount of weight, I promised myself that I would only ever have one surgery to address my excess skin, so choosing the right surgeon was incredibly important to me.
