Order canceled while item was still listed as in stock
My order was canceled after I placed it, even though the product was still shown as “In Stock” on OMGParis’s website.
Order #1013 was canceled with the explanation “unforeseen circumstances.” However, the same item continued to be advertised as available for purchase after my order was canceled.
I also contacted OMGParis about their return/refund policy before ordering and did not receive a clear response.
This is very concerning. If a product is unavailable and an existing order cannot be fulfilled, it should not continue to be advertised as “In Stock” and available for purchase.
My payment had also not yet been refunded at the time I received the cancellation notice.
I would like other customers to be aware of this experience and to consider getting clear information about availability, refunds, and return conditions before placing an order.
