We’ve been using Omni for several months and couldn’t be happier. Our two rescues came with a number of health issues and the food and supplements we ordered have changed things dramatically. The customer service is excellent and it’s great to know there are vets available should we have any queries.

I can’t praise the quality of the senior kibble highly enough. My 10 year old Border Terrier has colitis and spikes disease. When he was young, he was often really unwell and it took years to work out that he can’t tolerate any meat protein other than white fish and definitely no wheat gluten. I came across omni a couple of years ago after trialling a couple of other brands vegan kibble - which he totally refused. From the off, he ate omni with great enjoyment and he’s in terrific health and crazy happy. I love omni, and so does Buddy!

No improvement whatsoever. If there was a slight improvement I would have continued but nothing. Also received an order email at 3am, sent email at 7:10am to cancel. Parcel was dispatched in the afternoon immediately followed by an email saying they couldn't refund. They had more time to stop the parcel than I had given the order email was at 3am. Poor company with no customer focus.
Further to your response, only the 3am email was received. I did subscribe, but the inferior quality of your product required cancellation. The ONLY reminder was one email at 3am which I responded to first thing when I awoke. Your service is appalling.

Delivery of Omni Pet dog food has been getting progressively worse over the last few months. My latest order through subscription has taken over a week to be delivered. Some of the issues have been down to a change of courier from Evri to Amazon. Evri always delivered next day but Amazon parcels are often lost. Omni told me that Amazon had lots my previous order. Other problems arrise form Omni's failurre to hold stocks. I normally order 2 x 10kg bags but recent orders have been in 10 x 2kg bags. It is a shame as my dogs love the food and appear much healthier on it.

I purchased the tinned wet food, dry kibble, and the anxiety supplement tub to try them out. Unfortunately, my dog didn’t take to any of them - but to be fair, he’s extremely fussy with food, so I wouldn’t necessarily consider that a fault of the products themselves.
My main issue was with the purchasing process. It’s quite difficult to simply buy and try the products without committing to a subscription. Once subscribed, cancelling requires contacting customer support via email, which I found inconvenient. In my view, a company that is confident in its products should make it straightforward for customers to manage or cancel subscriptions independently.

RR, 7 years old, 37kg, slightly overweight following recent neutering, allergy to all proteins except venison.
Our RR eats the food consistently (been on it for about 2 months now) so it is a win in our house - he has previously been a very fussy eater.
We have seen improvements in his toilet activity however poos are not consistently solid so hoping that gets better soon.
Yes the product is on the pricey side (we do have a big dog) but it's worth it considering all the allergies we are dealing with.
Delivery takes about 7 days from ordering.

Be very careful before subscribing. The product itself is fine, but once you’re in, it’s not easy to get out. Cancelling the subscription was far more difficult than it should be. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for a subscription because of this.

Excellent customer experience. My puppy has anxiety, separation issues and likes his bubble. We spoke to Nico who spent ages getting to know our puppy and issues and recommended advice that was really personal and made sense to us. We’ve seen improvements in early days already. We also purchased the omni anxiety and stress supplement and it’s made our puppy much calmer and easier to rest / settle when he’s such a high energy pup but needs it.

Really like using the Omni products for our cockapoo. He has a range of treats, dental sticks and supplements from them and he’s enjoyed all of these. Great that they offer a range of different supplements for all dogs different needs.

I love the food for my dog BUT I’m having delivery issues every time I order. It’s taking over a week to get food! I’m now Day 9 and DPD have only received half of my order. My dog has had to have alternative food and has been vomiting. Told customer services and they responded but without real care. Told me I updated my safe placement on the del? But failed to mention that DPD haven’t even got all the order.

Continue to lose customers if this is the delivery service you are working with. Why can any other company provide good fast delivery. The delivery is putting my right off. My poor baby is vomiting profusely becuase of the failed delivery. I ordered in good time.
Please sort this out!! PLUS you don’t even offer fast delivery … you’re charging £5 delivery.. for 1 week delivery? This is not okay. My kibble hasn’t even been received by DPD 1 week later!! What the hell Am I meant to do??

Dog food didn’t arrive. When it did my dog won’t eat it. Then I receive another bag and tried to refuse it as I was told by the customer help. Then it arrived again on my door step! Told I have to pay to send the food back to get a refund. Customer service was very defensive and unhelpful. Will be telling everyone I know in the Cotswolds. Now going to Burford Blue Cross to give to dogs there - atleast I can do some good out of bad sales.

Confusing website. Wanted to try one tub to see if the treats suited my dog but could only add 3 tubs on a recurring subscription to my basket. I won't be bothering and will also stop marketing texts that I had to sign up to in order to get a discount code that I can't use.

So the last time I wrote a review, I removed it because you dealt with the matter, this time, no, I'm sorry but people need to know how you do business.
1) You don't send reminders for subscriptions, because that would give people the option to cancel orders and we don't want that do we because you would lose money.
2) You ignore cancelled subscriptions.
3) and wait for it this one really does leave me gobsmacked, YOU USE A CARD THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM YOUR SYSTEM.
You are shameful and money focussed. Sorry but despite loving your dog food, you've now lost me as a customer due to your dreadful discount structure and subscription practices.

Did not know I had signed up for a subscription, the website is vague and although it states in the email that you can cancel on the website this is not true. You first have to find the information and then it tells you to email them. Our dog hated the treats and even my sons dog who loves food would not eat them. Complete waste of money.
