Amanda was so helpful and I’ve found all of the staff really helpful and always ready to give advice and are so friendly and approachable too.I have tried many of the supplements and the most recent ones I have brought is the anal gland-which is excellent and I am waiting for the irritable skin one to arrive. They always arrive fast and it is so easy to give the supplements each day to my very fussy dog,but he quite happily has the Omni supplants every time. Thank you. ☺️☺️☺️

Great to talk to the vet today and after one week following her advice my dog Hazel‘s long term issues have resolved … As an anxious dog with a tricky tummy Hazel now has regular firm stools ..she is eating the sensitive adult food along with probiotics which I’ve now phase out … the kibble is also small soHazel who has a condition that means food can get stuck is able to swallow easily … I am very happy with the advice and service thank you

This is an excellent service to offer especially as it was foc. Sophie was very calm and listened to my pets issues, she then gave some advice and things to try to help resolve them. Very knowledgeable and put my mind at rest. Very happy with what advice I was given.

The consultations with Nico have been genuinely supportive and positive. He has suggested easy and effective strategies for my challenging troubled Romanian rescue. I have ordered more of the Stress and Anxiety supplements because they have really helped reduce his fear reactive behaviour.

Excellent customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble. I have often emailed the team with various questions & they are always prompt with a helpful reply & were very quick to resolve a recent issue.
I’ve tried my Lab on a variety of different complete kibble over the years & Omni is the only one he will eat without me having to add an additional topper.

Great Dog Food and Customer Services to match!
My VERY fussy Cockerpoo was really not interested in food and we went from brand to brand trying different varieties. He LOVES OMNI and now nags me to be fed. His coat is not greasy and like a Puppy’s, his stools are firm and easy to pickup and his breath doesn’t smell. I had a query with my subscription and this was resolved immediately with 1 email - great Customer Service to match a great Dog Food - Thank you OMNI.

Love love love everything Omni it has made having a rescue puppy so much nicer now I don’t need to feed him other animals.He craves the kibble so much we can train him with just one piece at a time and if he will not come to his name, he will come to the word kibble.
I am so grateful and happy for the support from Omni vet Sophie and behaviourist Nico. Not having a dog for 15 years, it’s quite concerning all the different things they can get into and do, with the lovely support of Sophie, my worries have been clearly and understandably helped. I feel if I didn’t have this input from a very qualified vet I would be at our own vets all the time and they cost a lot of money let alone the upset to our puppy Jasper.
