Disappointing experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this seller has been disappointing. My order was supposedly shipped, but it seems to have been lost somewhere along the way. The whole situation has been going on for more than a month now, and I still don’t know how it will end. I hope this issue will eventually be resolved, but so far the process has been frustrating.

The worst company ever!!
The worst incompetent motorcycle company ever!! Wasted 1500€!! BE AWARE!
I made the order delivery to Spain (Barcelona)
#116862 on 24/11/2025
On 01/12/2025 Poste Italiane did deliver only 2 packages but not 3 (1 package was from another person with the label OmniaRacing on it).
So it has been more then two months but we still didn’t get the lost item after many mesages to their email adresses (Arrow exhaust with the part number 71206CP on my BMW S1000RR IS STILL REMAIN LOST).
They don’t answer on my email neither they sent me a new item or made full refund since it’s absolutely their responsibility to solve that problem (not the costumer one). Just wasting of my time and money!
Don’t recommend to deal with this unprofessional company that can not solve a simple delivery issue.

I'm sorry the courier lost the package. We did our best and offered our full support. We didn't lose the package, and until the courier declares it lost, we can't issue refunds or reshipments. In 99% of cases, the package is found and delivered. I'm sorry to hear about your review, but I've already sent an email to your personal address saying I can now refund you or resend the package. So, after my email, why does it have to say you lost €1,500? Can I understand this?

I asked a clear question; you could have replied, "I want a refund or I want another shipment." I'm waiting for the negative feedback to be removed and your response. Thank you very much.
