Non- existent warranty!!!!
I agree with the other reviewer, the omniblend warranty is non- existent. My blender developed a fault after 2 years of minimal usage mainly making smoothies. I contacted customer service, no response, emailed again, no response. Eventually emailed JTC omniblend in Taiwan who said that they were very sorry and that they would forward my details to UK distributor. Guess what? No response.
The warranty really is just marketing, please don't waste your time and money on this company. You may save money initially but you'll pay for it in the long run.
