Non- existent warranty!!!!

I agree with the other reviewer, the omniblend warranty is non- existent. My blender developed a fault after 2 years of minimal usage mainly making smoothies. I contacted customer service, no response, emailed again, no response. Eventually emailed JTC omniblend in Taiwan who said that they were very sorry and that they would forward my details to UK distributor. Guess what? No response.
The warranty really is just marketing, please don't waste your time and money on this company. You may save money initially but you'll pay for it in the long run.

Guarantee Useless

The warranty on these machines is not worth the paper it is written on. I have emailed customer support twice regarding a tamper stick which broke whilst in use and is covered under the full extended guarantee and they have not even bothered to reply. I would be very careful buying any of their machines because they wont honour the guarantee if something goes wrong!
