I placed an order on the 6 May2025, 2 weeks later I still did not receive my order, when i followed up with Omninela they said the product was out of stock (on their website it was still in stock). On the 27th May 2025 I had to follow up with them again and they apparently was still out of stock (note on their website they still had stock). On the 29th May 2025 I requested a refund. Omninela requested proof of banking details which was sent. After many requests and emails I still have not received my refund to date 31.07.2025.

Order placed and paid for nearly a year ago. Was told was out of stock and never heard anything again. No refund and no update. No reply to emails and impossible to get through on the phone. Order from this company at your peril.

Scam site. No product delivered. No refund. No communication.
They don't deliver on order that was paid
Payment was made - order was confirmed as paid. They don't deliver - it's been almost 7 months. They also ignore any form of request to refund.
Omninela medical is a scam
I purchased some goods from the above company on the 7th of February 2025. However by the 17th of February 2025 I still hadn’t received my order. I then requested a refund. A month later, on the 17th of March, there was still no refund. They then said they had processed it, and that it would take 3-14 days. After dutifully waiting the required days, as of today 10th of April 2025 – there is still no refund. I believe this is a fraudulent company, as I am sadly not the first person to fall for their scam.
