Omniprism is a free self-assessment for anyone who wonders whether their mind works a little differently. It has editions for adults and for children aged 7 to 13, and it is also used by the professionals who support them. Most online screeners test one thing at a time, with an ADHD quiz here and an autism quiz there. Omniprism covers 14 areas in a single session, including attention, executive function, sensory processing, masking, social cognition, and learning and language differences. At the end you get one connected profile instead of a pile of separate scores. Free test and optional paid reports The test and its results are free. They show which areas stand out in your profile, meaning where your answers go above the threshold, so you can see where it may be worth looking further. A doctor or psychologist needs more than that before an appointment. For that step there are two optional reports, each a one-time payment of €20, with no subscription and no account: The Specialist Briefing (for adults and teenagers) is a structured summary written for a psychiatrist, psychologist or neuropsychologist. It shows how widespread the signals are, the main areas of daily impact, possible signs of masking, and other factors worth ruling out, such as anxiety, poor sleep or low mood. It ends with a suggested next step. The Youth Briefing (for children aged 7 to 13) is the same kind of summary, written for the paediatrician, psychologist or teacher who will support the child. Either one lets the first appointment start from organised information instead of a blank page. You receive it as a permanent link that you can bring to any professional. Private by design There is no account, no cookies, no ads, and your data is never sold. Your answers are processed and stored only in your own browser, in encrypted form. If you buy a report, your results are held encrypted on our server for up to 48 hours to create your link and are then deleted. After that, the only copy is the link itself. What it is not Omniprism does not diagnose anything, and neither do the reports. They give you words and structure for experiences that are hard to explain, so that a first conversation with a doctor or psychologist can start from something concrete. The questionnaire has not yet been validated against population data, and that work is under way.
