Omron BF511 Karada Scan Body Composition Monitor.

The unit has been working fine for some time but has recently started to display error code 4.
The user manual states that this error code indicates that "A PARAMETER IS OUT OF RANGE" but gives no indication as to what parameter is causing the error code.
The scales then don't show any of the results other than my weight so I have no idea if it's BMI, BODY FAT, MUSCLE or VISCERAL FAT causing this error.
The only parameter that is then available is weight.

I find it amazing they sell a product that gives a totally useless error code if one of my parameters are out of range but I cannot identify which parameter is out of range, in which direction and by how much, which could be a very important factor to my overall health status.
I have contacted customer support who responded as follows :-
The information that are on the Instruction Manuals are the only one we can share with customers, any other information is from the Service Manuals and can't be shared because it is confidential information.

I¨will have to replace them with a different brand.

The products would also be good if it weren't for the software and the cloud that always create problems. For these reasons, I decided to switch to their competitor and requested a copy of the data on the basis of current privacy legislation. They are hesitating to force me to buy a premium version of the software and I will have to go to a lawyer in the next few days to have MY data damaged in part by their software.

My Omron BP unit had stopped collecting data which is vital to know.
I have emailed Omron 3 times with no reply. I was then asked to join myOmron to get any help.
I could not join as the site would not accept my, correct, phone number.
So now I am still not able to download any data.

I cannot get any support at all unless I sign in to myOmron. This is wrong!

Useless I am sorry to say. Omron you need to up your game!!
