Coming across Omura have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience for me.

Device is beautiful and powerful ( x1 in Jade), vaping gentle and discreet, website, customer service and statement of the company about purity, precision and biodegradable flowersticks are just perfect.

Its an innovative courageous idea, few glitches are to be expected with new things I sincerely hope people will keep minds open and do not judge too fast as I can see it changing very fast over the course of the last few months.

I witnessed new grinder that made filling easier, now pre filled sticks are coming, its getting better and better.
I am very excited to see where this all goes.

Also in any business its how you approach customers ( in different situations)really shows your worth in my opinion.

I orderd the series 1, and i love it i need it for medical purposes and it makes it so simple knowing exactly how much im having, i did have a few hiccups one with the delivery of flower sticks (which wasnt omura fault) they not only chased my delivey they also sent me sorry for the inconvenience package, i think there grinder is very useful in quick filling of the flower sticks, my device did stop working after 4 months however a replacement arrived within 4 days over all i love the device and the customer service has been top notch cant fault them at all

I've returned to update my review to 5 stars after a positive experience with Omura.

I would recommend the X1 battery, paired with the flowersticks for a unique, easy, and clean vape experience. I just reordered a new X1, after my previous one died (it lasted about 14 months).

I also have their S1 system as a back up, but I do not prefer or recommend it. It's a less robust build and does not deliver the same experience as the X1, imo.

I should mention I had trouble with their online payment system, which was troubling, as the devices are dependent on their flowersticks. However, I did eventually get the issue resolved.

Overall a great company, despite the break-down. I still re-ordered, because I've tried a lot of different batteries and none of them compare to this one.

This is a product review of the small vape product. I bought my first one which lasted about 5 months after which it stopped heating up and I couldn’t get it to work, so I emailed the company who sent me out a replacement which has lasted approximately 1 month and is now doing the exact same thing. So disappointed! With it being a medical device I need to be able to rely on it to work!

The X series is amazing, easy to use and no cleaning needed. It allows you to administer your medication on the go, without second guessing dosages. Plus it's sustainable so offsets own carbon footprint. The charging base I received in the sealed box was faulty, but had the option to charge device direct via charging cable provided. I've contacted Omura UK for this issue and was offered a brand new device via fast delivery, thank you for the excellent customer service.

Really poor experience. I ordered the series x starter kit for medicinal use. The order came the next day which was great. However, I have not been able to get the device to work at all. It doesn’t heat up, just constantly vibrates with the error sequence. I’ve emailed customer service and messaged on instagram but so far no response. Considering this is for medical use, it means I cannot take my medicine as prescribed. It didn’t even work for a single use. This has been beyond disappointing for a product that is not cheap. I hope they send a replacement quickly because I’m now 4 days without being able to take any medication. Really disappointing.

I previously used an Arizer Solo II, which, while having its advantages (such as a ridiculously long battery life) also came with some downsides (constant cleaning and lack on impact, flavour-wise)
I was skeptical of the Omura at first. As a veteran cannabis user, I thought it would lack impact and the small dose would be a downside, however, it quickly became my preferred way to vape. The heat curve is genius and starts out gentle before building to a crescendo - it’s blown all my other vapes out of the water in terms of the flavour profile, and it seems to really get the most out of the flower in terms of therapeutic benefit. The filling system felt mystifying at first but has quickly become a nice, relaxing ritual when I need to top up. The portability is a huge plus, as it’s easy to take multiple doses out with you in a discrete manner and the smell it produces is very minimal compared to other vapes.
I also have to commend their customer service, as I found my original vapes on sensor was damaged after less than a year - after reaching out to them about it, they immediately organised a replacement. Highly recommend if you’re looking to manage your intake or reduce usage.

Over the last 10 years I have tried so many vapes trying to get the hit smoking gave me.
From Davinci to Pax to Grenco. I've tried gadgets galore and found a reasonable level of satisfaction with some.
I thought I'd give the S series a go in the hope it's the holy Grail I seek, and do you know what, it's not far off.
Total game changer. So easy to use. Discreet, clean and you know exactly how much flower you're consuming.
I just wish I'd jumped straight to the X series and I'll definitely get one in the future but the budget S series does a fantastic job for now.
I'd recommend buying the starter kit as you'll need all the bits anyway and you save £20 buying it as a bundle.

I had a problem with the first vape I ordered as it stopped heating up.

I contacted customer support and got a response very quickly. They were very kind, understanding of the situation and took it very seriously. They sent out a replacement and gave me a discount for the upgraded version so I would always have a backup. They also sent out extra flower sticks which was a added bonus and very appreciated.

I would definitely spend the extra money and get the larger newer vape if you are pondering on the two. Its lovely, the mechanism is very good and the battery lasts longer.

All in all I am very happy with the performance, the dosing and the convenience of the product. I like that there is no mess from the flower sticks and the ease of medicating where needed without any faffing.

10/10, they are and will continue to be my vape of choice.

I tried a vape in the past from Amazon, which didn't affect me and made me question vapes, but then I discovered the Omura Series X and thought I'd give it a shot - I can confirm I definitely feel the effects!

I haven't tried the high temp yet, because low temp is doing the job, but I imagine that would be even stronger.

I love the convenience of it, and the fact that there's no maintenance (apart from tapping upside down now and then).

Within 30 secs of inserting the flowerstick I am ready to go.

Clean hits and my lungs feel so much better overall.

If you are having doubts, like I was, they will all be gone after your first session.

Great customer service as well would highly recommend!

After being a little apprehensive to try the Omura Series X Dry Herb Vaporizer, a couple months later and there is no going back. The device is easy to hold, and amplifies the experience with an easy to use switch to increase its temperature.
I feel so much healthier already and with the Omura flowersticks, the whole process is simplified, clean and the dosages are accurate.
Also worth a mention...The customer service I've received is at an exceptionally high standard, Omura really go above and beyond for their customers.

The Omura vaporisers are stylish, lightweight and inconspicuous. Simple to use, clean and environmentally conscious as they use paper sticks that are filled with the physical flower once it is ground up, alongside USB charging.

There are 2 versions, in a variety of colours. I have used both and whilst the Series 1 was very good and what I started with, I prefer using the Series X which is a different shape and uses dual heating elements I believe, with selectable heat setting.

Once the stick is filled and loaded into the Series X, it switches itself on, heats up and buzzes to let you know it's ready. It warns you when it is about to end the session by buzzing 10 seconds before and finally buzzing to switch off.

It is possible to use the sticks more than once, though I do only tend to use them twice at the most.

The Series X also has the perk of a selectable heat setting. In my own experience, different variations of flower taste and smell differently when heated at the 2 different settings. It's down to personal preference really but some people can cough from a hotter setting so I tend to experiment with both.

Customer service with Omura has been great. Easy order, easy tracking and very few issues. A box that arrived damaged was replaced no issue. I did have a vape that stopped working a few months ago but that was also replaced quickly, no problems, so I still rate Omura 5*.

Using medically prescribed flower has changed my life. I'm not rolling joints, the vape is a far healthier, cleaner option and helps me to achieve the things I need to each day. I'm a creative person, an illustrator - using this can help me greatly with my creativity, especially when I'm experiencing the dreaded 'creative block'. It also helps to reduce significant pain with my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
