WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER AT ONI24, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK, AFTER A MONTH WAITING FOR THE ORDER PATIENTLY, TODAY 26.3.2026, THEY SENT AN EMAIL THAT THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS NOT AVAILABLE (A MONTH GAP) 3 DAYS AGO THEY SENT ME EMAIL INFORMING ME MY ORDER WILL NOT BISSHIPPED ON 30TH MARCH AS THEY HAD PROMISED, BUT ON 7TH APRIL, WHY GIVE SPECIFIC DATES IF THE ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE? THEY SENT ME PICTURES OF OTHER OPTIONS THEY HAD, DIFFERENT COLOR, DESIGN, AND DIFFERENT FROM MY TASTE, I SUSPECT ONI24 FORGOT TO FOLLOW MY ORDER AND WHEN THEY REALISED TIME WAS GOING, THEY PANICKED AND PICKED ADDED A WHOLE NEW WEEK TO TRY SORT THINGS, YOU HAVE FAILED ME ONI24, I WAS EXPECTING AND PATIENTLY WAITING, WHY WAIT FOR A WHOLE MONTH JUST GIVING ME HOPES ONLY TO LIE TO ME?.

I would give ZERO stars if possible

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Disorganised company. Products ordered not in stock. Sent alternative, which was not as agreed. Returned items 'lost' although I had proof of posting and arrival! 101 aggressive emails, nasty people. I told them to stop hassling me as I had already paid the full amount on the Avarda bill, less the returns. Now months later they rebill me. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. NOR RECOMMEND THEM!
NOTE: In their reply, they say I got what I ordered, then contradict themselves by saying what they sent was a different colour! That's the very definition of 'not what I ordered'. They say I did not return, yet I did. I have proof. They refunded and gave me the updated invoice, which I paid off in full, via Avarda their 3rd party processor. Yet today I got a new invoice, despite me paying off the invoice they themselves had edited with the refund!

I have paid away this new bill in one payment as opposed to four, just to be rid of this AWFUL company.

Amazingly, they can bother to reply to my public review on the very same day, yet this transaction started in July and has been horrid from start to finish! Returns and refunds are clearly not something on24.fi like to do. I got hassle from the minute I wrote to ask for their returns procedure, as nothing came in the package about it. I returned the two items in perfect, still wrapped condition. On24.fi demanded photos of them and then about a week after I had returned the items, they then wanted to see a copy of the return receipt. Why did they not state that at the beginning? Apparently without that they will not give a refund. It is all their ploy to not have to pay out. Fortunately I sent them all these, as I keep records. Weeks later, they asked for it all again and said they'd not received the return. I checked and Matkahuolto said they definitely had. Eventually On24 said they'd found it... but everything was MY fault! 😂

It is not a good company to deal with at all!

We delivered you the light blue bed sheets according to your choice - the sheets were the same as the ones you ordered, only the color was different, because there was only 1 piece of the color you ordered, and there were 2 pieces in your order. (You did not return these sheets).
The price of the 2 sheets you returned is taken into account in the Avarda account amount. We and you yourself also have the pictures you sent of this return. You have not been charged anything extra.
We always strive for the best possible shopping experience and it is of course unfortunate that you were not satisfied with your shopping experience and our operations.

I will advise people's not to buy…

I will advise people's not to buy anything in this company anymore this company is a scammers they sell broking things to customers I have been other's things from their bed , sohva, Table after few 2 months they get broking I have inform them many time to change it or refund my money they probably say that's is your fault and I have send them pictures of this things that's is broking. After few days they will not even mind you and even respond to your email and I also call them by phone and explain to them nothing happened normally this product has 2 years warranty I don't know what types of company is this because they are scam is not good place to order's things from there my bed, sohva and dinning table are all broking. Is really strange I hope one day police need to shout down this company

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The sofa manufactured according to your order was delivered to you in August 2022, you reported damage to the sofa's armrest in June 2023. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer must clearly indicate to the seller the error. We did not receive your answer to these questions, which is why the processing of your complaint was interrupted. In accordance with the ON24 conditions you accepted when placing the order, the sofa had a one (1) year warranty against possible manufacturing defects. A manufacturing error could not be verified.
The delivery of the dining table was delayed because the phone number you provided in the contact information of the order was incorrect, which is why the transport company could not agree on a delivery time with you. The table was delivered after your contact, we have not received a complaint about the dining table. A bed has not been delivered to you through ON24 Sisustustuparatalo.
We wish you a beautiful continuation of the summer!

I ordered a bed from On24 sisutus for…

I ordered a bed from On24 sisutus for 785€(included the transport) few months ago. Few weeks ago the bed bottom was broken. The wood material is not so durable. Even the metal nails are broken. I complained them with photos. They say it is poorly fitted. The bed was fitted by a professional.
However they agreed to send me the broken parts, but I still have to pay again the delivery fee. I am really dissappointed with the service and the material. Better to buy a second hand bed. Even we can find good quality second hand bed for 100e s in Tori.fi.
Main reason is the POOR QUALITY of the materials. They dont accept it and say that its not a manufacture error.

You received a bed made of pine in October 2023 and filed your complaint in February 2024. You have already had the bed for about 4 months. The pictures you send have been checked by the manufacturer's expert, and the errors you report are not manufacturing errors covered by the warranty.

Low quality to price ratio

Bought a simple wooden bed. The quality to price ratio is poor. The bed was over €300 but the quality of the workmanship was low. The colour of different elements does not quite match, and the headboard elements do not assemble very well, there are gaps between elemwu. The delivery was quite expensive. All parts were delivered as described, and there was good communication with delivery company.

Very poor quality

Very poor quality! The top of the cabinet had a hole and it was an obvious mistake by the factory because the hole was directly above where the dowel was supposed to go underneath. Even after sending them many pictures to prove it, they still dared to blame us! Unbelievably rude! The drawers don't open and close smoothly but get stuck constantly. For the desk we had ordered a wooden front for the drawers. Little did we know they'd also have massive saw marks! Never EVER buying from this company again!

The company is cheating with delivery…

The company is cheating with delivery times and conditions. They promise everything on time and they do not inform that the good are not coming. Terribly disappointed.

Still they cheat with refunds, the payment was not full, charged for the delivery never done.

Terrible company - regret never heard about them.

We ordered 8 chairs from On24 at a very …

We ordered 8 chairs from On24 at a very attractive price. However, their quality was absolutely rubbish. In a month we were not able to use the chairs anymore, as they were disintegrating, screws were falling, the faux leather was breaking. We complained, but nobody from their side bothered to care. Do not buy from them!!!!
