You have a phantom order for something…
You have a phantom order for something that I never purchased. I have no idea who you are and what your company does. However, Royal Mail said that the package would be here for 12.40pm and it is not. So I cannot even get to understand what I am supposed to have ordered.

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for any confusion. This was not an order, it is simply a free sample pack of our cushions that we provide to Designers and Architects.
We completely understand how this may have seemed unexpected and sincerely apologise if this was not clearly communicated.
Kind regards,
Onacara Team
