I recently purchased my first rolex at Onaro and I would say it was beyond a 5-star experience. Honestly, I am just a normal person but they treated me like I am a very very important person. They addressed and dealt with my concerns promptly even if it was outside of regular business hours. Also, they explained eveything that I need to know about the watch that I purchased. Great experience shopping with Onaro. Both James and Matt were lovely from the start. I got a lovely pristine full set Cartier Santos Medium with a green dial. I’m really happy with their service! Would definitely recommend buying a watch from them. Bonus points they have a lovely boutique right next to the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge.
