Payment taken, no further contact & no way of contacting them.

Ordered a product for express delivery several days ago, received an E-Mail say I would be further contacted when it was dispatched. No further E-Mails although the money was taken from my bank account. E-Mails can not be delivered to the E-Mail address given, when the phone number given was finally answered the gentleman said he was new to this country and knew nothing about the website.
I have changed my bank details as a precaution.

GIFT FOR MY WIFE

I had recently purchased a gift for my wife. The delivery was earlier than advertsied and it gave me an option to gift wrap the present. Very happy with the purchase and hope to use them soon.
