Placed an order for a set of scrubs which arrived a week later. The quality of the scrubs is great although the sizing is a little on the tight side. The top fits perfectly if it was just a casual... See more

Hit and miss. The quality is not as good as the well known USA brand albeit OC is a more reasonable pice point. I have found the colour fades with washing, more ironing is required and also inconsis... See more
Fit is ok I’d go a size bigger as the joggers are sized smaller than expected.

Scrubs on point!
Got the black scrubs. They make me look super professional, very smart and very nicely fitted. Come with plenty of pockets and are very comfortable to wear during long on call shifts. Came with a small free bag as well which is a nice bonus. Probably the best scrub company I have used in my career.

Amazing quality scrubs which are so comfortable during my long shifts
These are the best quality scrubs I have ever worn! They fit so well and are very comfortable throughout my shift, and retain their quality even after countless washes. The pockets and pen holder are practical additions that I now could not live without!
I would definitely recommend ONCALL LONDON to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable pair of scrubs that will last them a long time.

Not received refund/No communication
There's no customer support service. Bought a few pairs of scrubs, and sizing was off for me. I asked them for return and refund, to which they initially replied and sent me a return label. It's been more than a week now that I've returned the scrubs. They've not given me the refund. They're not replying to my emails or messages on social media. I didn't want to do this, but I've no other option that posting it publicly. So, currently I've no scrubs and have not received my money back and there's no communication from their team. Not recommended at all. I'll make sure to report them as well.

Hi Ahmed,
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced.
We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a refund. Please be assured that our team is committed to resolving this for you. When items are returned, it typically takes a few days for them to arrive back at our fulfilment centre. Once received, the products are inspected to ensure they are in their original condition. I have checked our system and can confirm that your return has been processed. Your refund is currently being finalised, and you should see the amount credited to your account shortly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
