No issues with the photo book quality but One of my photo books came damaged via Australia post. The 2 x books were only
In cardboard, there was no bubble wrap or protection for the corners. One corner has been damaged and the seam of the book caved in.

Your customer service
Your customer service, trouble shooting department is fantastic! Easy to use your website and deliver was fast. However my previous book's hard cover page has a different material than my latest order and that is a bit disappointing. . I prefer the previous cover which is a bit shinier or has a smooth feeling by touching. The new ones feels like a paper only and I'm worried it will get dirty easily and won't be able to clean it. I don't like it at all so I might will look for an other company 😔 Also, the new books pictures are look like lost colours , faded compare to my first book. Unfortunately I can't enjoy looking the new book because of that .

The worse service ever
I order a book with my pictures and it appeared to be a rushed job. Several pictures were blurry, and several pictures were placed where the heads of my family members were cut off, and only there body shown.
I gave one star ⭐️ just because I paid for the book and it was delivered.
No one contacted me to ask what i wanted to do. My solution would’ve been to pull the picture down to reveal the face on a few.
As for the pictures that were blurry why not ask me if I wanted them to be printed expecially when I didn’t send the picture that way which was clear.
This is too bad because I wasn’t able to refer this company to anyone. I wish I can get my money back
Update Yesterday:
I was contacted by the agency who continued to have excuses as to what they could’ve done to improve my messed up order.
I was told something was wrong with my pictures, not having the original picture or the blurred pictures were my fault.
In any event “ALL NOT TRUE” as a customer if and when these issues occur why can’t the customer be contacted.
I was sent a list of of what could’ve been rather than someone on the other end of my phone helping me.
Again, don’t use this company, because you can’t get anyone on the phone and the company is more talk than action.

Easy to use system with a great way to save photos with no need for bulky albums. I like that I can write notes with each photo but a spell checker would help as I made a few mistakes

Easy to use, nice Books, but still has room for improvement
I would find it nice if you could place more than six photos on one page.
Unfortunately, the books are not packaged very well. For the second time, a corner of the book has been dented.
Otherwise, everything is great. Beautiful books, easy to use.

Excellent quality
I was recommended once upon by a friend. At first i was a bit iffy and ummmed and ahhhd as it was pricier than officeworks or visa print which is where i usually go but i ended up ordering and so glad i did. The quality is AMAZING!!!!!! Looks so high end the photos were clear and bright and even the paper just felt fancy. No comparison to my other photo books. You can literally see the difference in quality. Would highly recommend and now wont get a photobook anywhere else
