If i could give less than one star i would. Sent me a damaged product which had been clearly badly touched up with some paint. When i asked for a full refund they ignored my numerous emails and their phoneline always goes to mailbox but is always full....probably with more complaints. AVOID

I cannot recommend buying clothes from oncros.com, because if the clothes does not fit, it seems to be not possible to get a return label.
I have tried several times, but so far without luck.
I buy lots of clothes on the internet, at normally it is not a problem to return, if the size does not fit.

Do not buy anything from this company. Item never arrived, tried to resolve the issue but was totally ignored, no response from emails sent, zero customer service 😡. Had to go to my bank to get a refund. You have been warned, try another company..

I bought a treadmill which initially worked fine. however it wasn't long before i had an issue with an error code E04 - which is not even mentioned in the owners manual - contact customer support who initially replied and requested a video which i sent - since then no response from them and my emails to them are now blocked - Buy from this company at your own peril

I ordered the wrong treadmill (my fault) however I emailed saying that I wanted to return this. They then emailed back to say would I want a 10% refund and keep the product. Well obviously not because I ordered the wrong one. Since then 3 messages later I have no response. If you order from this website hope that you don't need to return!! Terrible!!

Terrible. I purchased a treadmill, after a month of slow usage is not functional. I try to contact them I sent email about my problem. First answer in one day. When I sent the video that they asked to see the issue nobody answered back!!!!! Very disappointed!!!! Very bad company!!!! Do not buy from them anything!!!!!!

Ordered an adjustable dumbbell set from Oncros. Reached out to return the item and itially received a speedy response, however after discussions, they have tried to offer me £15 to keep the item instead of telling me how much it costs to return item, even though they state they have a 30 returns policy. Very disappointed by level of service being received

Terrible, brought a running machine and after a few weeks come up with a problem. Have emailed as the contact number is not recognised and still no response!

Despite several efforts via email, text message and mobile messages (they never answer the customer support mobile) over the last 3 months, this company has consistently refused to send a returns label and issue a refund for a 'Fold Treadmill Cardio Exercise Home Gym Walking Running Machine' that cost me £148.99, purchased on 21st February 2022. Upon opening the parcel, the treadmill had a part missing, there was a problem with the belt and it was of poor quality. It seems like Oncros have 'form' with this type of behavior, which in my eyes is tant amount to theft, as I have read other poor customers reviews saying exactly the same thing.

I ordered a treadmill from this company in april 2022.they sent me a patio heater i paid them £179.99 for a treadmill.
Ive emailed them several times for nearly a month to refund my money and pick up patio heater that i didn't order.I've heard nothing from them.

I purchased a item over a month ago have sent number of emails have not received the goods no one replies to the emails or chat do not buy from here at any costs

At this moment I’m still waiting on delivery of our goods so I can’t rate that but what I can rate is their customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Every telephone number, and I’ve found 3 so far, goes to voicemail with one saying the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message, I’ve emailed twice with no reply and I’ve attempted their chat function a few times and never had a reply from that! I’m currently thinking that I may have lost my money and will put that down to a nasty experience but please think twice about using this company

I’m writing this review as a genuine attempt to prevent any one else being ripped off by the company. I purchased a treadmill and after a few uses the treadmill began showing signs of fault - it stuttered as it went around and had a burning smell. I contacted the Oncros for a refund (I was still within the refund period) who asked for video proof, of which I provided. Since then I have heard nothing. I also believe they doctor their reviews as I left a review under the treadmill I purchased and it has never appeared - the only reviews that do appear are all positive and I refuse to believe that can be the case with this company or product. Their customer contact options are a mobile number, of which the mailbox is full and an email that you never get a response from. I will keep fighting for my refund but please avoid this company.

I ordered a fitness bench from this company for my son’s birthday… and complained, as I received no update after a couple of weeks.There had been no info about shipment or else about the product being shipped..My enquiry was dealt promptly, efficiently and they were very helpful and professional.Communication from then on was very fluid and product is of high quality.I will re order from them, should we need to, in the future.Thank you.

I would give zero if i could I've ordered a weight bench from this website Oncros theve taken £100.00 off me and not sent my product this is approaching 2 weeks well past the stated shipping times am getting different order nd shipping numbers tht when aye try and trace put me on to gambling websites and just spam .. very disappointed and this has actually took a toll on my Mental Health 😔

Really rubbish.

I bought a treadmill in March 2022, the slot you secure the treadmill in isn’t aligned with the bar you need to screw in.
I’ve emailed 5 times with 1 answer telling me to try shove it into place, which hasn’t worked.
Now I get no reply from their customer service team. I have a treadmill which I’ve paid in full for that I can’t use.

I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Fraud company pretending to be in UK when in fact they're in China

I’ve been asking via email repeatedly for a return address. They respond to me by saying they will get in touch without answering my question. Then they asked if I’d accept a 30% refund to keep items I wanted to return. Terrible company. Shocking customer service. Thoroughly untrustworthy and sneaky.
