Worst company ever, I ordered 3 shirts and only received 1. They of course are ignoring my requests and emails… I’ve also tried calling the number. This company should be out of business ….. sad they get to keep stealing peoples money. The store must be going under if they are forced to rip everyone off all the time. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I ordered 3 hoodies from On Cue..they delivered 1 & kept my money. They won't respond to me or the Better Business Bureau. Obviously, On Cue behavior will result in failure. Do NOT order from On Cue---they take your money & don't send your gear.

I BOUGHT 3 SHIRTS IN MARCH AND HAVE NOT GOT THEM YET. I SENT AT LEAST 10 MESSAGES AND GOT NO REPLY. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR FRAUDULENT ONLINE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Items never sent. No response to inquiries. Do not use them. Scam

Never received the item I purchased, and I never received a response to my emails about the order. Scam of a company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered something and paid fully. And they never sent me the item. They didn’t respond back when I emailed, called and texted. Stay away from this scam company. I reported them to my bank

Do not buy from On Cue Apparel. I bought a sweatshirt for appox $59. I would not have bought such an expensive item without an option to return it. They claim to have a 60-day return window & give contact info to initiate a return. The sweatshirt did not fit, so I tried to return it. I called numerous times & left voicemails, texted them, & sent several emails over a period of about 2 weeks. No one responded. Their 60-day return is a crock. I don't like to write negative reviews but they made NO effort whatsoever to respond to my communications.
