I purchased an "OmniAir 41" Premium Bladeless Tower Fan and Air Purifier - Silver" from the Cond UK website on August 7th 2026 for £139.99. The merchant has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them. The telephone number does not connect and the advertised online chat has never been available. Still the goods have not arrived. I believe this merchant may be operating fraudulently.
