Excellent Service
We have been a customer of One Sport Warehouse for many years and have always been very happy with the service, which is excellent. Knowledgeable staff, quick online delivery and excellent in-store service. However, on this occasion they went above and beyond their usual high standards. My daughter just found out Uni hockey trials were on Sunday, it was Friday afternoon…. She’d given her hockey shoes and kit to children in South Africa on a recent hockey tour. I rang One Hockey and explained the situation. We were too late for their courier but they packaged up the order and dashed to the local delivery office to catch the last post. Rang me back to confirm it would definitely arrive the next day. I can’t thank them enough. Absolutely amazing service from such lovely people. This is why we should all support small independent businesses. Thank you so much! PS. She made the team!

Family company that care
A small family company who care about their customers.
Top tip, if you do have an issue and don't get a response, reach out to them again.
In an ideal world everything goes right but its actually how things are dealt with if they unfortunately go wrong.
(Think cheap car or house insurance, all is great you think you have a great deal until it comes to claiming. That's when you find out the truth about the company).
For a personnel touch from a company that care about their customers I'd really recommend them. So refreshingly different from large corporations.

I had a great experience turning up to purchase some new hockey gear. It’s a really sweet and knowledgeable family-owned and run business. They have an amazing space and variety of gear, and even an indoor pitch for you to try out sticks. The staff were very welcoming and they graciously stayed after their closing time to help us find the right fit. I found my new favorite hockey store!!

Excellent customer service - Simon picked up our order after another supplier had let me down, within a few days he had located the item and sent it out, keeping me informed at every step. I recommended using One Sports Warehouse.
