I placed a £392 order on Friday 4th Sept and it was delivered by Chamy on 7th Sept who was very polite and helpful. Andrew responded promptly to my emails. I would not hesitate to place further orders because like many other companies the have had to face difficulties due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

I've learnt my lesson with this company.
They don't reply to emails eg: the download link to the invoivce didn't work but they never replied to my query.
They said they sent the order but great confusion when I phoned them to chase up the order.
More phone calls later the man at the end in the machine shop fobbed me off with another delayed date.
No tracking number as well so you are in limbo.

Be warned people out there......

lost my order but taken my money, no way to run a business, leave well alone, you have been warned I will be in touch with the office of fair trading so they can do a full investigation on this company

Every single order I have placed so far arrived damaged or in the wrong size. I have been extremely patient and kept ordering from them. After my last order arrived in the wrong size again, they simply ignored my emails for almost 3 weeks, assured me 4x on the phone that replacement would arrive the next day and in the end just hung up on me without sending replacement. I also kept requesting a receipts which they refused to send to me. I really advise against using this company.

Great service and quicker delivery times than the big boys(even with Covid-19). Quality wood at decent prices.

Highly recommend and i'll be using you guys again.

Put my order 1 month ago, but haven't get it. Helpful people till the moment you make a payment. After that you get ignored. Don't buy from them!!!

Brilliant service all round. One Stop DIY were the first company to respond to my online enquiry. They provided a competitive quotation, inclusive of delivery and VAT. Helpful prior to placing my order and the goods were delivered within 24hrs. I now have a very happy daughter who has a bespoke desktop for her bedroom! Would definitely use again and can strongly recommend.

Ordered 1 month ago. Several promises of delivery when phoned but still no plywood has appeared.
Email order responded to within hours but email inquiries for update on order once payment made left unanswered.

Would not recommend and will be checking the google reviews before ordering in the future

Very good value service. Arrived a few days later than expected, but all deliveries seem to be impacted by COVID-19 at the moment. Praise is due for keeping deliveries going under these conditions. Comms was good, I found it was best to phone the company with delivery enquiries. I found the staff nice to talk to and helpful. All in all, I'm pleased with the result.

Placed an order for some sheets of MTF over the phone and was dealt with very politely and efficiently. The items were delivered the next day by a very pleasant driver. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you! I would recommend their service to anyone!

One star is too many. Minus stars is more realistic. Honestly, I think it’s someone on the end of the phone having a laugh. Took my money and ignored my emails. I wish I had read these reviews first. Don’t bother asking them to do anything. Apart from take your money and waste your time.

wanted some CNC work undertaken, one stop diy came up on a google search, from my first contact to receiving the work took about one and a half weeks, was total satisfied , Both price and work was excellent, would recommend

ended up having to get a refund after four phone calls and promises of delivery

We were promised delivery by a certain date, on which basis we proceeded with the order. The items were not delivered on time. We did not receive a refund despite requesting one, on the basis of 'small print'.

I ordered walnut veneer panels as per the website. They did not turn up on the day I was told they would be delivered. I had to chase them and get another delivery date. When they turned up they were nothing like the website picture - I was told I had to stain or varnish them to make them look like the website picture (none of this was explained to me when I ordered them) The iron on edging I ordered with the panels was missing off the delivery, I have chased several times but still nothing received

Scam company. Took my money and delivered nothing. Chased via email 3 times. No response. Scam company do not use.
