I still haven’t received my…
I still haven’t received my orders,placed order approximately 2weeks ago.
Now received an email saying that 3 out of 4 orders will come on September! It is joke???should have stated while i was placing the order. no news of the other one.

Having looked into this, the items that were marked as in-stock at the time of your purchase should have been processed and despatched, but your order got caught in the system and did not get released. This is a very rare anomaly and we are currently looking into the reason for this to ensure it does not happen again.
