I contacted this company for help with parts for my car, and although they weren’t able to carry out the work themselves due to being based too far away, I was really impressed with the support they still provided.

They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me identify the correct kits for my vehicle, which saved me a lot of confusion and potential mistakes. On top of that, they pointed me in the right direction for where to buy the parts at a good price.

It’s rare to see a business go out of their way to help when there’s no direct benefit to them, and that level of honesty and customer service really stood out. I’d definitely recommend them based on their knowledge and willingness to help.

Paul was very efficient. The dash cam was installed with all the wires hidden and no marks on the interior fabric. He was on time and talked me through what he was going to do. I was very impressed and would certainly recommend him to friends especially those of the older generation. Thank you.

Paul came to fit a new radio and reversing camera to my Land Rover. The job turned in to a bit of a challenge. He did not let any of it phase him. He worked for a good few hours, completed his task and left the car spotless and all working superbly. Paul showed that he really cares about and takes pride in the fine quality of his work. I would highly recommend him.

I first contacted Paul end July to enquire regarding upgrading my car audio. He told me that August was their busiest month of the year and would September be ok?! It was worth the wait. He successfully and expertly installed my new head unit at the price he quoted back in July and looking at the job, I'm glad I didn't attempt it myself! Thanks Paul

I have a Hyundai I10 premium Se 2018. My radio/media system just went blank. After doing some research online found this was a common problem and not easy to resolve. Hyundai charge approx £5000 to replace 😱
Through my search I came across Paul at one2one car audio. He replied to my phone message and was so helpful. I live on Merseyside so too far for him to travel but he went to the trouble of sending me so much info and local contacts plus he would be happy for my auto electrician to call him for guidance. Replacing the Fiat original equipment infotainment system on my 2024 Ducato-based campervan with a much larger and more complex Kenwood unit provided something of a challenge for Paul. This he approached with good humour and calmness, overcoming each hurdle in turn. He even returned promptly to address a minor problem, in fairness not of his making, but a Fiat manufacturing issue. Excellent service, would recommend without hesitation.

I had a Kenwood head unit fitted into my 2009 Ford Cmax with a reverse camera also fitted. I gotta tell 'What a beast! Paul did a cracking job fitting it. For the time it took to fit and the fitting charge is well worth it. Would highly recommend! 👌
