*Impossible to use* This card is the most difficult to use, declined in every store despite it being available to use there. Online payments also never ever worked, you must spend the exact amount on the gift card or less, then allow the company to steal the remainder on the card. Despite them claiming the card can be used for part payments, this isnt true every retailer confirmed the option is blocked. Absolute scam in broad daylight. Have asked employer to stop providing these useless cards

Hopeless to use. Don't waste your money by buying these gift cards. They're really hard to use so expect most people give up. When you can get it to work you have to spend the exact balance despite everything they claim. Invariably you end up leaving some balance on the card which after a while they then start to take 90p off the balance every 30 days. Overall it's a pretty good money making concept for the company and terrible for the consumer. Just gift cash or an IOU so that people can buy what they want from where they want instead of having unnecessary restrictions!

Almost impossible to spend it anywhere. It doesnt allow part payment whichs how a gift card must be used as you cant buy anything for the exact value of the card. Doesnt work with any known online retailers like Amazon . It appears to be strategically designed in a way that it remain unused or expires for them to leach money out of general citizen. AVOID at all cost

Managed to use digital cards previous at B&Q when purchases were above card balances but with a lot of faffing around as there's no barcode for digital cards so they had to be done manually by the cashier. Tried again today to buy goods for £30 but with O4A cards only having approx £5 on each wasn't able to use as B&Q said they can't input the card details into their system - wasted loads of time and held up other customers which wasn't good.

I hate these card and will never buy them again, the description is misleading as they are NOT gift cards they are a type of pre-paid debit card!!!

Bought 'gift card' that has t be exchanged for a specific gift card online. The URL they actually give you is the one to to buy a gift card outright. They do not give you the URL to redeem a gift card. Almost impossible to actually talk to a human. Wasted over an hour on this nonsense. Very consumer unfriendly.
They tell you to go to Giftcards/one4 all in their instructions where I see no way to redeem but you need to go to Redeeemone4allgiftcards to redeem.
Also the card I choose Cheesecake factory but when I try to get its balance on line I am told the card is inactive. When I try to check it by phone at 888-891-2429 It sometimes gives me a balance and sometimes it does not. I have no idea if this card is good. Totally frustrated.

Never again going to get one of these cards. The first time I got one from morrisons and loaded up 40 pounds for my dad for his birthday. It has never worked and emails were initially ignored. Got fed up with dad asking what he's doing wrong and just purchased another one to be delivered again 40 pounds and that has not been delivered. Unable to contact customer services and email to the company just says error message. They dont answer the phone to log the complaint and essentially they have just stolen 80 pounds and then charged me an extra 2 pounds for postage. Worse than a scammer would never recommend just stick to amazon in future

Dreadful gift card to use. Difficult to spend with limited retailers.

impossible to spend in store and online. Also trying to scratch off the CVV number, the whole bit came away so I was not able to access the CVV number. DO NOT BUY THESE VOUCHERS.

Avoid like the plague. Good luck trying to spend your gift card. It's not actually a gift card but a prepaid visa style debit card. This means you can't part pay in any way with absolutely any retailer.

It's a corporate scam. Your company buys a gift card at heavily discounted rates, but One4All payout a tiny fraction of the gift cards value.

Absolutely useless card, cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, cannot be used for any online food delivery places, i.e. just eat, deliveroo, etc, doesn't work with most places, not even Amazon. Terrible product, totally unnecessary, instead of gifting someone a one4all card, instead just transfer them money of give them cash, it is far easier and can be used for far more things. Never buy a one4all card, it will only bring you grief.

Thw service is very bad i ordered a gift card on the 12th April and still waiting for it now. After contacting them several times with no help I was told another has been arranged to be delivered in a weeks time til waiting. I help or support. I thought the service would be easier than popping to the shops, obviously not. Please dont buy from here

Total waste of time!
I received this card from work and it has been 3 days now I am trying to verify account and every time there is an issue either with the email or account or verification code and now after 3 days they are going to send me a new card! I wasted more time on this than what it was worth! don't waste pals time just pay them the money or a ready gift card to spend.

Hi all, I got a £50 voucher as a gift and I live in Ireland, so I was unable to spend my voucher, I rang and spoke to Sofia and she was very helpful and organised for me to access my voucher.
Very helpful, very knowledgeable and was very easy to understand. 5 stars to Sofia.

Really inconvenient. All shops I want to use in I can't.

Then when find a shop you have to have over the value of purchase in vouchers to use online, otherwise need go into store and do manually.

Go into stores and they can't tell you what's on each card. Can't just redeem total balance. So down to you to check balance of cards and tell them how much to put through: as I have ended up with 4 cards each with £20-30 on. Have to tell them exact balance.

Want to combine the cards to one.... no problem, have to email them and then they deduct a fee for this too!

Complete Trash. Ive tried a dozen of the "accepted" retailers in store and can't spend the POS anywhere. Whats a scam. Never ever buy these things.

I expect that there will be a legal investigation into this company soon. One4all Gift Cards are very difficult to spend. I will never be using One4all in the future.

Almost impossible to spend. Feels like a scam, should be illegal. My daughter had one for Christmas so I gave her cash and took the voucher. Trying to spend online is pretty much impossible unless I find something that is exactly £5. Using in-store requires split payment. The problem is these are effectively just a pre-paid debit card, not a gift card but unlike a debit card you are heavily restricted on who will accept them. I expect the company make s fortune sitting on balances that never get used.
