Spoke with One77 on a number of occasions throughout the purchase of our home. Spoke with about 5 people there who were all fantastic, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

One massive positive of One77 is that they don’t charge you a penny for their service, instead they charge the provider. Whilst I can’t say whether this cost is ultimately factored into your product cost h by y the provider to cover their expense, I would say that I don’t feel this is the case as the products we chose were a ascent amount cheaper than others we had found.

We used One77 for our mortgage, home and life insurance and they were great with all of it. Overall I would 100% recommend.

I am extremely delighted with how efficiently & speedily my mortgage application was processed from start to finish in a matter of weeks. My mortgage advisor Max broke industry average processing times record.

Found their service appalling to be quite honest. Perhaps, because we were small fry first time buyers, who weren’t going to handsomely line their pockets with sizeable commission payments - they didn’t feel the need to offer a good service to us. We had to chase, our email was ignored, we then called to follow up and were ranted at for 5 minutes in a pretty unprofessional manner. We were lied to. No progress had been made bar checking an affordability calculator in two weeks, I’d already bloody done that myself! Turns out the figures they reached were completely wrong, because they ask you about every little expenditure, which it turns out lenders don’t care for. We were told that the maximum we could afford was £50k less than the mortgage we’ve been able to secure ourselves by going directly to the Lender. It was a shambles, would not trust them as far as I could throw them to be completely honest.

I Should have posted this over a year back but I guess it's never late to appreciate good work. As first time buyers with not much knowledge of the mortgage process I was referred to one77. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was told that the process would be tedious and time consuming. But Callum was very clear, very timely and knew every tiny detail. He was very helpful and always went over and above to help us. He was great at getting back to us with information and always on hand to discuss things that we were concerned about. Genuinely felt like we were part of the process in a positive and engaged way. Thank you for all the help in this process and getting us the best possible mortgage. I can't recommend them enough and they will be my first point of contact when I remortgage

Dave Brown throughout the process has been knowledgeable, helpful, proactive with communication and a pleasure to deal with. I was porting my mortgage as well as going from 1 to 2 names on the mortgage and Dave kept me informed throughout and dealt with everything efficiently offering me advice and answering many of my stupid questions. The best part was it felt like I was being dealt with on a personal level, not just as a figure or number.

They came back within 3 weeks with a fantastic offer and sorted it out for me with the bank, all i needed to do was handover a payslip.
