For an amazing customer support service, Callum at One 77 is your guy! Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

As first time buyers with not much not knowledge of the mortgage process and with slightly more complicated personal circumstances, we were quite simply being messed around by a few of the banks that we contacted at the start. Those same banks wasted about 3 weeks of our time ...

Then a friend recommended that we contact One77 and we've never been so grateful for such a recommendation. Callum was honest and clear about what we could expect from the start. He has been great at getting back to us with information and always on hand to discuss things that we were concerned about. Genuinely felt like we were part of the process in a positive and engaged way.

I can't recommend them enough and they will be our first point of contact in future.

Every set we were informed and any questions we asked had a quick answer.

From the initial call to actually concluding our mortgage the service has been outstanding. We will definitely be working with Thomas and the team again when our next mortgage is due for renewal.

I've had excellent service from Callum at One77 Mortgages. I've had to deal with a tricky divorce and I was concerned about sorting a mortgage out for my new property.

Callum was calm, kind and brilliant at finding me a really great deal. I ended up feeling supported throughout and I was pleased to be able to borrow the amount needed to get me into my new house, but also cover some other bits I want to do in the new house too.

Knowing I could afford my new mortgage was really positive and I'd definitely use them again.

The whole process took a very long time. Communications about the urgency of the project had very little effect. Errors were made throughout the process which slowed it down, re-application required etc. General staff demeanour was good though, polite and clear.

Recommendation of the solicitors was poor - the solicitors as recommended by One77 took twice as long as promised to deliver, constantly failed to meet previously made promises, frequently did not reply to emails, did not return phonecalls and were frankly rude. Please do not recommend O'Neill Patient Solicitors LLP again.

A helpful and proactive team. They gave me few options I could choose from. Would highly recommend them.

Very poor advice, cost me over £65k buying out a car pcp early because they believed it would improve credit rating!
Not having the cash reduced what I could buy by £260k.

My main contact was Callum and he was very helpful throughout the process. He was cautious and considerate and he took his time to provide needed explanation as well as responded to all my questions politely.
