I was unsure how a gifting of a property works One & Only explained every detail step by step process the online portal is easy and efficient as it only took me under a hour to upload my documents. I had support from the very start I never felt the need stress as everything was in hand as I would get regular updates. I will be investing into more properties in the near future and without any doubt I will be using One & Only brilliant work ethic true to there word , I would advise anyone looking for properties or investing , a stress free process I recommend One & Only top service I will not be going anywhere else.

I am a new investor, one and only has helped me more than I could have expected it done all the accounting for me showed the best properties to buy for what I was looking for ( best yielding), I have purchased my first investment property from the website and I wouldn’t look anywhere else in the future for finding the best property deals.

Recently I was looking to purchase a 3 bedroom property and using the One&only system found a 5 bedroom property in the same budget. It’s not surprising the property was scored 10/10. I have been using one & only for some time now after a friend told me about them.

I was getting frustrated looking on Rightmove and Zoopla all the time for investment properties. This portal caters more to investors as it gives a good indication of rental and yield and ROCI.

I managed very quickly to find a one bedroom apartment on the site and bought it. To my amazement the apartment in 2007 sold for £107k I picked it up for £56,000 two yrs ago in Walsall WS2 8JD. Without the site I wouldn't have even considered Walsall. The site estimated a rent of £425-475 at the time I managed to rent it out for £495!

I'm still a member now, as there are so many great deals on there. I'd highly recommend.

Excellent website! Lots of interesting properties on there; particularly liked how the calculators helped me narrow my figures. The member of staff was also very helpful, answering all of questions. You can tell that they've got a lot of experience in their field. All in all, I would certainly recommend anyone this website that is interested in investing in a property.

One&only showed me where to buy and where not to buy. I also learnt that it does not matter how small the property is, whether it has a front garden or what the back garden is like! The main thing with an investment property is the return. As long as it’s above 7.5% it’s a good deal.
I ended up achieving a 10% yield! And after initially being hesitant about buying a flat ended up owning the freehold of the block of 2.

Brilliant service, the staff were very helpful discussing the details of finding a property deal with me and i felt like they really knew their field in depth.
