Friendly and caring staff
Update as made a mistake on my review (kids shouting at me for attention)and couldn’t amend. The team are friendly and NOT pushy in any way. Our experience was brilliant and will recommend to anyone if you’re worried about nasty sales reps don’t be these guys are brilliant my mums in her 80’s and they were brilliant they told her to phone me to sit in the meeting with them well done guys you’re a credit to the company and community 100%

From initial contact to the fitting of my 2
security cameras, everything went smoothly.
A month on, everything seems to be
functioning correctly.
So far, I am happy with the cameras and the
service that I have received.
I was given as much information as I needed
before my visit from the company to complete
my order.
The only thing I didn't expect was that I
would have to agree to making my monthly
cloud service fee for a minimum period of
2 years.
In fact, I am quite happy to do this but it
was a surprise to learn this requirement
at the time.
In summary, I am happy with my purchase.

ACT Alarms have provided excellent…
ACT Alarms have provided excellent Customer Service and cannot fault their determination and diligence in solving any issues that we have had when installing the alarm and any teething problems that we came across afterwards. Both their customer service and response team along with the technical support team – I can only emphasise that they provide a service that is second to none. They always came back with an immediate response and provided solutions to satisfy our concerns with the system.
Would recommend their alarm system
The office manager Gary Allison ensures that a solution is found and along with his team provide me with confidence in their alarm system

A fantastic Security System
My wife and I approached One App at the O2 building exhibition back in August 2021. Promptly the engineer came home and install the system with no fuss. We rely on the security One App offers and when we have contacted them, we always get a quick and positive reply. The system works well and to our satisfaction

Alarm install
The Technician that was booked to see me by the wonderful Technical team, was on time, in uniform with ID and a marked van. He was also extremely polite and went through the entire installation process with me (Alarm, Doorbell and Outdoor camera) he gave me a full demonstration on how to use the system before he left. I'm very happy with this company and I'm already eyeing up some additional cameras that I wouldn't mind adding to my system.

Great system and professional service.
I upgraded from an old Visonic alarm. At the time I was happy with the system, but the new Qolsys system supplied by One App Home is chalk and cheese;I now have my alarm, cctv and video doorbell all linked together which I can monitor and programme from anywhere. I love that it can work automatically with barely any input from me.
Great service and the technician who fit it was very friendly and professional.
