I bought shoes from this site 2 October . I paid for them. I also paid 30€ for DHL shipping. They didn't send them to me by DHL, they sent them by FedEx. I never received any shoes, and when I asked for my money back, they never gave me my money back.

Don’t give this firm your business.
The staff are RUDE and completely ignore your questions.

No mention of custom fees at checkout.
Been nearly 2 months and I still don’t have my trainers.

Took forever to “dispatch” them too. That’s if they even have.

Whole thing seems fishy

Waited 5 days for the confirmation of the shipping but the collab is 🔥 so i can get it perfectly the customer service always was in contact with me when i need it and the shipping was made on friday-monday i already got the package on my hands

My experience with One Block Down was almost perfect, but something essential was missing... like my shipping costs! My return was processed smoothly, but those €15 in shipping fees? They mysteriously vanished into the pockets of a courier with expensive tastes.

When I asked where the money went, I was told it wouldn't be refunded because "it was paid to the courier." Ah, of course! Apparently, One Block Down thinks European and Italian laws are optional, even when those laws say they should just give me my shipping costs back. So if you shop here, be prepared—your money might just go on an Italian vacation with no return ticket!

I placed an order on July 18th, 2024, but the package was lost in transit. Unable to reach the seller by phone, I've had to communicate via email. Initially, they directed me to contact TNT, which I did. TNT confirmed the parcel was lost and advised me to follow up with the seller. I requested a refund, but the customer service has been extremely slow, responding once every few days. Each time, they apologize and claim they need to open a case with TNT and are awaiting their response. As of September 2nd, I still haven’t received my order or a refund

Purchased a Yeti Cooler, for delivery to UK - Ordered Tuesday afternoon, email on Wednesday to advise delivery date Thursday. Nothing but a great experience all round. Will definitely order again given the great prices after exchange rate applied.

I placed an order on 28th March 2024. I live in Canada and I needed the item for a certain occasion. For that reason, I opted for the most expensive courier to expedite my order. Furthermore, their website mentions on the shipping FAQs section that items would be shipped the next business day. 4+ business day now. No shipping info. I sent an email on 4th April stating clearly that my order is time sensitive and that if it’s not possible to ship it by the following business day, I kindly request a refund.

Their agent replied saying that the two items I ordered are arriving from two different warehouses that’s why it’s taking time. I do understand that but this “possibility” wasn’t mentioned at all on the website. Moreover, the customer service agent chose to IGNORE my refund request. I’m writing this review on a Friday night and the item hasn’t shipped. With Saturday and Sunday following, this item wouldn’t be shipped until Monday 8th April AT BEST ( 11 days after I placed the order).

I asked for a refund in an email and I was ignored. Now I’m asking you here kindly on a public platform: CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND MY ORDER?

It’s impossible that the items would arrive on time now and the items are not needed anymore. Thank you in advance.

Made a purchase and after 3 days they canceled the order saying that there was a "stock error". Still waiting to get a refund.

Like some reviews below, I have to counter the negative ones, as my experience with One Block Down has been nothing but amazing. I ordered on monday, the same day the package was shipped from their EU warehouse in Milan and less than 24 hours later FedEx delivered it to the Netherlands. 5 star experience! Whenever this store has more on offer I’ll be back.

I saw the negative reviews below, and I can’t believe that! Last week I have made my first order from them, and received my sneakers just TWO days later with FedEx! Everything was OK, and so fast….
Keep going the same way guys!

To be honest, was worried after reading other reviews. Had no issues with my order and delivery by Fedex was tracked all the way and within 2-3days. Would buy from One Block Down again.

Just received my order and everything from shipping to the product itself is A+. I ordered during the weekend and Monday my order shipped from Italy. Just received it today, 1 day later, in Denmark.

Put an order on an item, they accepted my payment and withdrew from my account almost immediately. Then 12hrs later, without any message or communication, they cancelled my order. I wrote them immediately after, since this was in item l was particularly interested in, no answer at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This terrible Customer Experience is unacceptable in this day and age for the type of products they sell.
