I'm a big and tall guy who put on weight as I got older — quit smoking, life happened. Finding clothes that fit well and make me feel good has never been easy.

OneBone changed that.

The fit is the thing. It's obvious this brand was built with guys like me in mind. They have their own sizing system, which I'll admit threw me off at first. But once I figured it out, I started ending up with cuts and styles I never would have chosen for myself — and they look great. I get compliments every time.

I wore a OneBone shirt to receive an award this year. I present workshops in their gear. That's how much I trust how I look in it.

These are premium clothes at a premium price, and I'm fine with that. I set money aside for OneBone because the gear lasts and it's worth every dollar.

What sealed it for me was customer service. They responded to a text on a Sunday and solved my problem. A Sunday. That's the kind of company that earns loyalty.

They're Canadian, they've worked hard to keep shipping reasonable, and they clearly care about their customers. If you're a big and tall guy who wants clothes that actually work — give OneBone a shot and do the work to figure out their sizing. You won't regret it.

I am a large fellow. Finding clothes that fit in box stores is nearly impossible for me. Unless, that is, I choose to look like I'm wearing an outdoor tent. Most shirts from the Big Boxes are simply made bigger, with no thought to the shape. Often it appeared I was wearing a short mumu.

But, the clothes from One Bone fit my shapely figure so well! I don't feel like a balloon animal anymore. The shirts (I've mainly bought shirts) are high quality and feel so good.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I use their sizing guide to make sure I get the correct size so, therefore, I've never had to make a return. The product gets shipped quickly and accurately.

The clothing itself it's OK but the sizing is off. Trying to get a return or exchange has been a nightmare!! They hardly ever respond to email I am currently trying to exchange a pair of pants, it's been over a month and they still haven't figured this out for me or even responding to my emails!! And I'm only doing an exchange because they won't do a return even when it says I could've made one they won't let me! And it isn't cheap the brand so I'm out money

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with some articles of clothing. Basically I was given 4-5 reasons in separate emails where it was my fault becuase I could have done all these different things (which I actually didn’t do any of them). Apparently it’s normal to have quality issues if you rub clothing on something else. Had it happen on multiple articles but it was definitely my fault. Spent over $500 that basically is trash and they basically don’t really care to do anything but argue with me. Nice!

I can’t recommend One Bone highly enough. The Bullet Tees are honestly unbeatable — they look brand new every time I wash them, hold their shape perfectly, and the moisture-wicking fabric is brilliant. I’ve never had a tee perform this well over time.

The quality across everything I’ve purchased has been exceptional. I’ve ended up replacing most of my wardrobe with One Bone pieces, including Tech Joggers, Outwork Pants, cargo pants, shorts, and a couple of jackets and hoodies. Everything fits consistently well and feels built to last.

What really sets One Bone apart, though, is their attention to fit and customer care. As a plus-size guy, finding clothes that actually fit properly is usually a struggle. The stylist appointment they offered upfront was incredibly helpful and reassuring — they walked me through sizing and made sure I felt confident before ordering.

The length of their tops is a game changer. They’re designed properly to drape well and hide the belly, which is something I constantly struggle with when buying from other brands. One Bone gets this right.

At this point, I’ve thrown out most of my old clothes and replaced them with One Bone. The quality, fit, and service are just on another level. Couldn’t recommend them enough. A very happy repeat customer in the UK.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but ONE BONE deserves one.

I was one of their earliest buyers — somewhere around 2019 or 2020 — back when they were still trying to figure out their brand voice. At first, I’ll admit, I was skeptical. The early marketing felt a bit off — it came across like they were trying to target only “big guys,” but not necessarily solve the real clothing problems big guys deal with. But then they refined their message, focused on fit, quality, and confidence — and that’s when I took the leap.

I’m so glad I did.

As someone who’s lost over 150 lbs, I’ve dealt with all the challenges that come after a massive transformation — especially loose skin and trying to find clothes that actually fit properly. Every shirt either clung too tight, fit awkwardly, or looked cheap after a few washes. ONE BONE fixed all of that.

Their material is incredible — thick but soft, premium without being pretentious, and built to last. I’ve had pieces for over five years that still look brand new. The cut is perfect — roomy where you need it, fitted where it counts, and the quality feels way beyond what you pay for. Yes, the price is higher than what you’ll find at most stores, but when you consider how long these clothes last, it’s a no-brainer. It’s value, not just price.

And the customer service? Outstanding. Every single interaction I’ve had with them has been professional, personal, and genuinely caring. I recently placed an order and — out of nowhere — they included a free shirt. I can’t remember the last time a brand surprised me like that just to show appreciation. That says everything about who they are.

Seeing some of the negative reviews online honestly shocked me. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and every single product I’ve received has exceeded expectations. ONE BONE has done for clothing what no other company has been able to do for guys like me — they made it easy to look good, feel confident, and not overthink your outfit.

If you’re on the fence, just try it. And if it’s not for you, they’ll refund you — simple as that. But I promise you, once you try their shirts, you won’t want to wear anything else.

This isn’t just a clothing brand. It’s a confidence brand. And I’ll keep supporting them as long as they keep making gear this good.

My son loves One Bone. It's his go to black tee. I saw the buy one, get one free offer so ordered for my husband, but did not correctly order the second. I received the one within 5 days. I contacted the company and they corrected my mistake and I got the 2nd one 5 days later. This is great customer service for a well made, long lasting, Canadian product.

The SmartFit dress shirt is an absolute game-changer. The fit and feel are incredible—it's slimming without being tight, and it expertly hides the areas you'd want hidden without looking baggy or shapeless. I was so impressed after wearing it just once that I immediately ordered a second one.

I also picked up two Bullet Tees. They are a solid choice and fit well, although they are a little more snug in the chest than I prefer. If you're considering a purchase and are worried about your moobs showing, I'd suggest sizing up.

While Onebone clothes are definitely an investment, the quality feel and the fact that they're Canadian-made make them worth every penny to me.

As someone who cannot stand the feeling of tight, restrictive clothing, I have to say ONEBONE has completely changed the game for me. Their clothes fit amazingly well, cover my larger body comfortably, and I never have to worry about my belly hanging out or pants or shorts feeling too tight. Everything just fits right, relaxed, stylish, and incredibly comfortable.

On the rare occasions when I’ve had sizing issues, the return/exchange process has been unbelievably easy. Request a return, print the label, toss it in the mail, and every single time customer service has been excellent, quick, and respectful. Honestly, it’s some of the best service I’ve ever had with a clothing company.

That’s why I’m genuinely baffled by the negative reviews I see here. Reading them feels like they’re talking about an entirely different company or some alternate reality version of ONEBONE, because none of those complaints reflect my experiences at all. I’ve never waited more than a week for an order, never had a single issue with their support, and at this point, most of my wardrobe is ONEBONE because they’re just that good.

Buyer beware. Overpriced and no better quality than the other brands.
Based in Canada and force you to pay for shipping costs for returns.
Sizing is not as described on the site.
Will not buy again for any reason and will be donating their overpriced products to charity.

I am a fat man and saw the One Bone commercial and figured I would give it a try. I filled out their “size fit quiz” and was determined to be a size “1”. I added some weight to the quiz just in case. I generally wear 3XL t-shirts from Hanes which are baggy and comfy. I ordered the black scoop T and the grey bullet T. Shipping was great, communication was great. The black scoop T fit more snuggly than I am used to; however, I liked the fit and feel. The bullet T, same size, was way too tight and all of my love handles were prominently displayed which is something I want to avoid. The feel of the material was odd as well. I have chosen to return the bullet t and exchange it for a size 2. If it still does not fit well, I will return it for a refund. I am disappointed as the commercial was so encouraging. The bullet T should be sized differently as it does contain spandex and does fit tighter on the body. I am not sure how accurate the pictures on the website depict the bullet t as it seems the large models have no love handles or other rolls. Are they wearing shape-wear under the shirts? Still hopeful.

Extremely slow shipping and poor customer service for the price. Spend your money elsewhere, they don’t care about customers.

Really disappointed with the quality of a sweater. At around the 6-month mark, it started falling apart at the seams and zipper. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that this kind of "wear and tear" is typical—even for a supposedly “high quality” sweater.

I specifically asked if they considered 6–8 months a normal lifespan for their clothing, and they said yes. I don’t know about others, but when I spend this much on an article of clothing, I expect it to last longer than half a year.

I own sweaters that have lasted me years, even after frequent use and washing. This one didn't even make it through one season. For the price, I expected much better.

If you want a Dress, order from them… they’re so long and after spending 80$ on a 2.5” shorter one, it was the same length if not slightly longer. Their recommendation was to order another one that is supposedly shorter than their original but it isn’t according to their sizing. Customer service was not helpful at all

I ordered a shirt from ONEBONE, and unfortunately it was too small so I reached out to them about returning shirt for proper size or refund. All I got was the biggest run around, being told that another department handles that and an agent would be with me shortly. Of course they left me hanging and I still have not got a response. Oh yea forgot to tell you I made 5 separate attempts. The shirt is nice but I can’t wear and ONEBONE customer service is HORRIBLE. Be aware of this before you order from them!!

The clothes may be good, however I wouldn't know. I ordered a size or two too large and wanted to exchange the size, however they replied by email to me requesting me to pay to ship the items back and now its been about 3 weeks and have yet to get a reply by email from them, let alone the products from the company. They replied when I wanted to send it back but they wont reply now.

Bought several products from them all great fits. They sent the wrong size by accident once and within 2 days the proper one arrived. Great fits great product.

Great shirts, a little overpriced for what they are but generally excellent fit etc. HOWEVER, customer service and shipping are WOEFULLY lacking, two orders sent, both completely wrong, had to run around sending things back on the first one, second one they won't even respond to my email or chat window, I'm about to dispute with the CC company to get my money back...

Excellent Company, Excellent Products, Excellent Service!

I saw a few negative reviews on here and felt like I needed to share my experiences on here. Collectively between my own purchases and gifts from my girlfriend, we have spent over $3000 on clothes from OneBone over about 3-4 years. I own some items from most of the product categories they offer, including hats, pants, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, etc.

The clothes are very high quality, mostly made in Canada and really do get better and more comfortable after every wash. I have had some small issues over the years and have messaged them every time. They have always made it better by either exchanging, refunding, or offering some kind of promo code when products didn't warrant replacing. The customer service has always been top notch and they have always been very receptive to any criticism I have had.

I really don't think you can go wrong with OneBone. Most of the clothes I wear are made by OneBone now, they are lifechanging for hard to fit men. Don't listen to the other reviews, buy one shirt and experience it for yourself. Message them on Instagram if you have any issues and they will make it right. This is a Canadian company, they will work with you.

Their product is awesome and the fit is amazing. But their customer service has made me never want to buy a product from them again. I have purchased the majority of products for my husband from them. He loved them and couldn’t believe the fit. He ordered a bomber jacket that he wanted, but there was pilling on the upper sleeve. When he reached out to one bone, they blamed him, but eventually took the exchange. My husband paid for fast shipping so he could get it back because he did like the product. But when he received the product, it was the exact product he returned. They were no help. They were rude and they didn’t offer much of a solution. I wrote a review on their page and it didn’t get excepted, it’s very disappointing because it is hard to find products that they carry that fits so well for a larger framed man but I will never purchase anything from them again because of how we were treated. Their products are not cheap so the fact that they didn’t make this better just shows that they don’t care about the people who purchase from them.
