Absolutely fraud. Spent more than $100k and when i said i need to withdraw they closed my account and they said i have to pay $44k on transfer fees and that made me suspicious. If any one knows where they are send me the adfress and i will wipe them off the planet one by one. Thats how angry and pissed off i am.

If not for the intervention of “Vitalre triev I don’t know how I would have been able to survive with such a loss, got a refund of 50k this morning.

I have been sending emails to them and not getting a reply at all. I have a small amount which I would like to withdraw.

I am still hopeful even after more than a month of radio silence from them.

Be warned if you are thinking of using Onebtc look elsewhere. Nothing but professional scammers!
I was somewhat lucky that some of my larger deposits were via credit card and through the great work of my bank, I was able to retrieve some of my deposits. Do not transfer money via CoinSpot or anything like it. If you do count your money gone.
Don’t make the same mistake I made.

I still have not revcived any response as to why my money dose belong to me its in my account until Onebtc unlawful with drew it put my account at $-93,638.48 admitted to a glitch in the system so not at all my fault I requested to with draw $1500 that was my money and then they lie in the response and also post my personal finical details in their response
My Last trade was $39289 the required margin was $14757.83 the Commission was $14757.8 and the loss was $-132978.43 no where the $100000 stated from them I have yet to receive any response from the onebtc to rite the fictitious response below the have never contacted me at all just stole my money I have copied and pasted their response below so the cant lie about it

The review is based on not a genuine experience on an unlawful and provocative grounds with the aim of damaging the reputation of the company. you have invested 900 usd and took advantage of a glitch in a system what's leads you to "earn" 100K. we told you to give us some time to check but you started open many withdrawal requests tying to take money that its not belong to you.

This company only want you if you have lots of money. I invested and was up to $7000 before Raymond Lewis my account manager open trades leaving them open costing over $1000 to switch. Between three poor open trades, switch costs he lost the lot. Several email to him personally and OneBtc support and no response prior to loosing all the money or after when the suspended the account . Terrible service, investments and follow up.

In reply to their comments on my review of them. Why wont you get in touch with me to discuss my complaints on my account with you. Why did you deactivate my account once I got it over $22000.00USD, why did you put an AI Software on it to run the account and lock me out of the account and put it as PENDING. Also why have you not contacted me since I first complained about your running of my account on the 10/08/2021 and you have closed off the chat on my account. I also have screen shots with dates that prove what I have said in my comments about your company. That is when I first opened the account and when you changed the account with out consulting with me.

Yes I agree they wont even activate my account or reply to any of my emails. They will only take your money. I have an account with them since 31/05/2021 and I can't do anything with it. Stay away from this company.

Hi how has been Onebtc still not put my account back to normal like seriously what are we waiting for ? It only 2 way release my account and return my money first week trial already don’t want to return my money how good are Onebtc talk about Onebtc had millions dollars customers common my money only small 13k USD return it thank you week after week still making all excuse hurry and return my money I already report to Australian scammers department about Onebtc and I’ll go everywhere online writing all this common I have proof and all email and I took pic and voice recorder

More Proof that Onebtc is a SCAM

Just take a look at all their positive reviews. Every reviewer who has left a 5 Star reviews has never, ever left anything other than 5 Star Reviews, with equally short and non-descript praise for other products of dubious virtue.
These are bot accounts run by online marketing companies designed to fool the unsuspecting public into thinking a company is reputable.

UPDATE: Onebtc have replied stating that "Your review advertises services that could lead to SCAMS or POTENTIAL FRAUD."

As can be plainly seen, my review doesn't advertise anything, but rather points out that the majority of their positive reviews on this site appear to be illegitimate.

Was surprised by the attitude of my account manager. At the beginning she was so kind .. but since i've decided to stop trading she stopped to help me with my account ..

I think pilot should take a good look at them selves by allowing onebtc staff to wash away all the negative reviews by puting good reviews over the top of them when key issues are that they steal your depost and run a fake market also dont even have a finacial license

Customer service is appalling!
I started with Onebtc.online a few weeks ago and they haven't lived up to what they promised and therefore have requested my funds back. It's been 2 weeks since I've heard from anyone and all I'm asking for is my original funds. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, I am beyond disappointed

Awful. i am not gonna put my money anywhere else appart of the banks!!! Live normal life people!! Pay taxes and dont break the law!!
