If I could give zero I would.Pre booked cars do not arrive on time .Customer service is not good.Avoid this taxi firm and use an alternative.
I had a terrible experience and a stressful morning last Sunday when I decided to call a taxi from this company. He didn't show up at my address, but the vehicle tracking system showed he was a minute away from my house. I tried to contact him by phone, but he didn't answer. I waited for more than five minutes. Then I had the terrible idea of driving around the block trying to find him, because I thought maybe he was lost, but no, he was stopped. He accepted the fare, but for some reason left me without an answer. In short, I had to pay for the ride and I was still stuck in freezing rain while looking for my taxi. You guys at this company are not trustworthy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Now I'll have to stress about calling the bank to get my money back.
