On 2021 I have sent to Onecasino an self-exclusion email. This year I managed to sign in and deposit.
I have proof that I have sent the email, even other casinos can proof I had sent that email to Onecasino too,even my gmail contacts show I have sent email to One casino 2021- they say they have never got that self-exclusion email. And they wont even tell me what was that email I have sent to them in 2021, but still they say it was not the self exclusion mail.
I think it is very weird, that the only casino I managed to deposit after self-exclusion say , they have never received my email, even all the other casinos has got it.
And they never cheked my case again, even they had asked me to contact them again so that they would do that, I only got answer that the case was clear. I sent more evidence and still no response.
So the lesson is, do not gamble, because even casino failes responsibility regulations, there is nothing that a customer could do about it. Casino always wins, in every matter.
Update on 17th november:
After Onecasinos answer to my review I contacted them by email. Today, over a week later I finally got answer from them. So no discustion or finding any solution together as they first said. They answered to me that the case was solved a month ago and they wont answer to me anymore about my case. So they never answered to part of my questions I asked and they totally ignored the evidence I had sent to them. Mga responsible regulations seems to be a joke on these casinos.

Horrible Casino.
I was playing high value spins on pinateros. I received the max bonus coin of 4k on the feature and it paid all other coins then the bonus coin.
I immediately went to chat and noted the technical error. This was 19th October, its now 24th October and no resolution.
I have spent time on chat and was told initially it would be 48 hours.
Next day, 24 hours. Was told its a "3rd party they can't control them"
Next day, "we don't know how long"
Today I asked for an email to at least confirm the issue so it was in writing. I was told "I will email when I can, but its busy". I called the call center and was told they are customer service, not complaints department. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. The guy I spoke to "Yodi" Was utterly indifferent. Didn't care, never said sorry, he said a few times "hey, people make mistakes what can you do?" Unbelievable.
Don't gamble here. If you win, they might just not pay and you will spend weeks chasing for maybe no result, which is where I am now.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I have been trying to get some documents for over 1 months now. They either can't read or don't want to read but they keep sending me the wrong documents and then hide behind their 30 day policy. I guess it's time to find a lawyer and so it the hard way. They respond here and pretend to be all helpful but none of that is true. I send them an email per request and they ignored it. What a joke.
