I wish I had read these reviews. I'm still trying to get a refund after they sent me the wrong item. I returned it, at my own expense, and they said they'd refund me- still waiting after several weeks, just excuse upon excuse. This place is a scam and should be prosecuted and shut down.

Do NOT purchase from this store - I paid $850 for an item that never arrived - despite multiple emails, OneCheq continue to lie and make up new excuses each time,including why my money hasn't been refunded. Have reported them to the authorities.
DO NOT fall into the trap of purchasing from OneChq because the price is lower - you will end up losing your money.

Dishonest scammers. Do not use. Bought a product, 3weeks later was told we needed to send $100 more as price had gone up. I refused and told them they need to honour first purchase contract as I had already paid the money. Lots of bullcrap emails sent to me giving false tracking numbers etc etc.
Have asked for refund and now I am getting no emails at all. Have reported to commerce commission and will be filing a police report. Probably also going to go to disputes tribunal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

They Never shipped my item I ordered through trade me, provided a dud tracking code that lead nowhere.

Then said it was reshipped but never provided tracking.

I've since had to go through the disputes tribunal to resolve the matter.

They don’t even deserve a 1!
They sent the wrong product and now won’t refund the amount after we sent the product back as said they are in difficult times. Do not buy off them.

A scam weviste, first order late , the. Said cancelling order as not in stock, never refund, never stock arrived. Eventually stop replying to emails once all laybay payment made through

I have been waiting for my order for 2 months. Been in contact with them through emails and they were helpful during the first time inquiries. But once I mentioned to them about refund since its taking too long they suddenly stopped replying to my emails. Until now no reply. Such dishonest seller. Using waiting game for their advantage.

I wish I read these reviews earlier . How is this company getting away with it all. I went through laybuy and I still can’t get my money back . I’ve been waiting over a month for a phone . After 2 weeks they sent me tracking number after asking over and over again for a refund and never released the item to the courier company. When I asked for my refund they replied with "I thought you wanted the item " I then emailed them back asking why it wasn’t sent . They said "because you wanted a refund " anyways they’ve been going round and round in circles just using the same excuses. Said my refund would take 5-10 business days . I get ahold of laybuy and laybuy says the refund has been rejected due to change of mind and laybuy can no longer help me !!! UPDATE AS OF 28th February 2024 still no refund . Still no phone ! Barely any response from them .

I Made review for this store before to put it summary the experience that I have go through with them is bad they will not help you whatsoever and it’s frustrating if you’re a first time ordering from them and they did it not do it right immediately go to dispute tribunal don’t attempt to ask a replacement or refund from them they will not comply

This store needs to be punished for their incompetence and dishonest works

I have no idea where to begin I brought from them before and it's been fine.apart from werid language barrier .but know just blank me I paid them alot of money and just kept it
And months latter no product.
See trademe must blocked them selling as they have no listings in months .

I brought from them on 3 December 2023. After 5 days, still no confirmation that goods were sent. After 8 days, I requested a refund. Given the muck around until end of December 2023. Asked again about a refund in January, advised I would get one. After 10 days of waiting, I asked again, they said they would get back to me as they are not sure why I have not had a refund. Since then they have ghosted me. Still no refund and it's nearly been 2 months. Absolutely shocking people to deal with. DO NOT EVER TRADE WITH THEM. Don't even deal with them on TradeMe. Their 5 to 10 days shipping is fake. They don't tell you they bring stock from overseas. Don't even tell you if stock is here in NZ! Automated emails every time you ask for updates. If I could give them -10 stars I would!

Advertised item as in stock at one price then after a month of no contact received an email requesting an additional $100 to complete the order.

If you don't have stock available at the advertised price it shouldn't be listed for sale in the first place.

Requested refund...
"Please note that the refund process may take 5-10 working days to complete"

13 days later still no refund and no product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! has been over 3 weeks and we are still yet to receive shipping confirmation, they don't reply to emails and when they do its the same bull crap. we have requested a refund as the PS5 we purchased has still not been shipped - so we are trying to cancel the order.
As soon as the word refund was mentioned, they stopped replying.
Scammers and I recommend to NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Also, contact number just rings and rings, with no answer at all.

Purchased a brand-new PS5 slim through onecheq on December 14 arrived today January 8 and it’s the old version secondhand highly disappointed not sure what to do pretty sure I won’t get a refund or replacement

Untrustworthy trader. They fudged up my TradeMe order. I gave them a negative review on there and they threatened to not refund till I changed the review or deleted it. I finally caved in and got my refund after I deleted the review (item was never ever received, so no question of returning).

So glad to see TradeMe has disabled this seller (for now atleast)

I wrote a report on this Company a few months ago over an ongoing sale that I never recieved. After 12 months and Police involvement Im still $1300 out of pocket of my full refund. Because ONECHEQ is so cunninig NZ Police cannot prosecute because ONECHEQ stalled outside the 6 month window Police can prosecute. I urge people DO NOT !! deal with this Company , they are an absolute SCAM/ THIEVES. Wish there was more I could do but seems like the end of the line for me ? ...........DO NOT DEAL WITH ONECHEQ !!!

Bought a laptop from this company in October. Now nearing the end of December and still don't have it. I have endured so many lies (and ai email replies that mean nothing) from this company that I really don't know what's going on. Have asked for a refund but not sure I'll get it. This is my worst experience and so incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of other places you can buy from, its just not worth the stress and chance that you might not get your item. Will I ever see the laptop ... or my refund? No more Onecheq ... AWEFUL experience - couldn't be worse.

RUBBISH service. 20 day mark here, ordered a PS5 and still haven't gotten it. I thought I could FINNALY take a break for the holidays, guess not since I have to wait for my PS5 for the ENTIRE Holiday. My roblox account is banned for a couple week, my Minecraft hack client is not updated, and today I'm lying on my bed wasting my holiday and life away.
