False traders and still waiting for a refund after nearly 2 months. They said the goods were lost in transit but after contacting Aramax they said they never collected the goods...

They proceeded to drag out the whole process and then relisted the items I purchased on TradeMe for just under double the price i paid....

Beware of these guys as they seem like a scam and I have yet to receive my money.

DO NOT TRADE ! WARNING WARNING. This company are literally thieves . Over a month with no product and no refund .they come up with every excuse in the book , blame everyone else then threaten you with bad feedback once you have had enough. Multiple counts of police and commerce commision reports against this company. I see trust pilot has busted them for fake reviews and they also work constantly to get there bad feedback on trademe removed , but they get 3 or 4 bad per day that all say the same thing.
This company shouldnt be allowed to trade in our beautiful country.

Very poor communication. Xbox was promised for collection after 2 days and has been delayed by over 2 weeks.

Giving a 2 star as I still haven’t received my PlayStation after nearly 2 weeks, I wish I read the reviews before purchasing better off just paying abit extra for a ps5 from the warehouse for $719

DON’T SHOP AT ONECHEQ
I ordered a pair of binoculars online from OneCheq on 02/08/2023. I paid NZ$ 349 through PayPal at the time of completing the order. As I did not get the package even after 5 days, I called the customer care telephone number listed on the OneCheq website several times but no one answered. then I sent several emails to them and no one replied to that either. As there was no reply from the seller, I opened a dispute case with Papal a few weeks later. After opening the dispute case, the seller provided a tracking number via PayPal saying that my package was shipped via Aramex. Since I did not get the package even after a week of providing the tracking number, I called the local Aramex office but they could not locate a package with the provided tracking number. That tracking number is still active in the Aramex parcel tracking system even today (So I feel that someone from Aramex is also in this with Onechq). Luckily, I paid via PayPal, and got refunded through PayPal’s “buyer protection”

I have already made a complaint with the NZ Commerce Commission (https://comcom. govt. nz/). I think everyone with a similar experience with Onecheq should do so.

I have received the ps4 and my son is very happy with it. Awesome communication and fast delivery will totally recommend this trader. A+++

Do not shop here. Cancelled my order almost immediately and they have continuously said my order has been refunded. Contacted afterpay and confirmed it has not been processed for refund. It’s been almost 2 months and Onecheqs customer service keeps saying that they’re locating the proof of my refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Purchased a high value item through trademe and still haven't recieved it after 3 months. Onecheq say products have been dispatched and delivered. Then gave me the tracking number after this conversation stating it was mine so I tracked it and found that it was delivered alright but not to me. I tracked down the tenant of the address as all the details for delivery were attached to tracking number and she assured me nothing had been delivered. Why it was delivered to that person at that address is a mystery because that is not the name or the address attached to my trade me account. Now Im having issues trying to resove this. Something doesnt smell right so...I might give my friends at Fair Go a call to see if they can do something about this cos this aint right.

Initially i put a bad review as i was not happy with the service i received.
The wrong item was sent and one was damaged.
After a few emails and some time i have received my goods which i order and working perfectly.
I highly recommend some business process changes around dispatch and quality control.

I am happy that onecheq has come to the table and they have corrected all the wrongs.
Very pleased.

I brought a iPhone combo with a watch the phone speaker never worked and the watch was never disconnected from original owner I emailed over a year ago to get watch disconnected and ignored and even ignored through trade me now I have a watch that is unusable which is unfair and they cost $500 for another one

Dealing with this company has been horrific. They sent the wrong item, tried to make me keep the wrong thing, finally acknowledged it had been delivered back to them, but suddenly didn’t have the correct item.
Now over 2 months later they refuse to refund my money. I have had to go to the disputes tribunal to try and get it back.
Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Made purchase....Its been 3 weeks since they said it is ready to be sent. Have sent a numerous amount of emails...same response..ready to be sent ra ra ra....has not arrived...paid a large amount of money....have read a few review with the same thing happening...UNFORTUNATE!!!!

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star, they don’t deserve it.
I didn’t think it would come to this and utterly disappointed it has but people need to be warned about this company. (I am now living in Australia but purchased from them via trademe in May 2023 when I was still residing in NZ.

So I ordered a camera from OnecheQ back in May via trademe. Firstly, the ad on trademe said that the camera included overnight shipping, I then waited a month for this camera to arrive, only to find they had sent the incorrect one. Then after informing them that it was the incorrect camera, about 2-3 weeks later they finally replied back to my email and said "oh, we actually don't even have this camera in our warehouse at all!". So they offered me to keep the incorrect camera which I declined and so I sent it back and they said they would refund me. I am now still now (months later) waiting on my refund so I can finally buy the camera elsewhere and it has been well over 2 months since the original purchase. They have stopped replying to my emails of me asking where my refund is and I am honestly shocked at how awful this customer service and communication is. I still don’t know if I’m going to get my money back ($815) and I am writing this to hopefully stop others from shopping with them and experiencing what I am currently going through.

Bought an Xbox Series X a couple days back. Was quoted and had an invoice as well. Paid the amount as per the banking details provided, One Cheq confirmed that it was reflecting. Was told my delivery would be done on the following week, took ages to get a response but they finally gave me a tracking number. To my surprise the status on the tracking number was that it was never collected. Felt a little bit scared at this stage, not gonna lie.. One Cheq informed me as well that it was not picked up by the courier at the collection location. Waited 3 weeks since with a lot of back and forth emails but finally got my product today. Product quality is good, no issues or problems. One Cheq will need to revise their turnaround times though, at one stage I felt like I would never get the item I ordered.. Overall experience I would rate as a 2.5 out of 5. Gave them 3 stars cause I cannot give half a star..

Ordered on trade me Recieved my order in 1 day, cant ask better than that

Bought iPad from OneCheq on Trade Me and paid via Ping on 4/7. Emailed to ask for cost of overnight courier with no reply until 10/7 - with no acknowledgment of my last emails even though they’re still in the thread, they send through the tracking number with no info on the postal company used. I find it’s for Aramex but even as at 11/7 tracking says parcel wasn’t available for collection at 3pm today. Worried but hoping TM are able to do something considering it was over $1000. Now they claim parcel could’ve been picked up by a different company. Timely replies but full of excuses and no results. This seems to be a pattern for this business.

Edit: 28/7 Still no parcel, or refund. And now they are not responding to emails.
