My accountant mark was extremely helpful and worked with me to lodge my personal tax and my sole trader tax as well he was responsible and responded within 12 hours or less I recommend especially for beginners the online system is very simple to use as well

After being a client over 2 years , haven’t lodged tax my this year by one click but just calculated they automatically asked for a lodged fee on their account and asked for a payment. Totally unsatisfying!!!!!

This is the first time I have used One Click Life for my tax returns and I have to say form the onset to completion the whole process was smooth and easy (and I say that knowing I had a big payment to make at the end of it 😂). WhatI liked most about it was the ease of communication via the platform with messaging back and forth straight away. I couldn’t fault it and will be using it again next year.

ive been with them since 2020 sadly this year will be my last the fees are so expensive it takes your refund so i wont be returning next year the customer service is exellent but the fees are so expensive
