Not official OneCompress website. The official OneCompress website is onecompress.com. This website is onecompressbamboo.com and they are a knockoff...they sent knee sleeves but they are not OneBamboo knee sleeves as pictured. They are much smaller with no give in the hems. Refund request goes to a "gmail" account and I got no response at all. BEWARE!

Love their calf sleeves! They are soft and comfortable plus they actually have great compression! I Ordered the foot sleeves, they feel like they are going to be GREAT. I only had them on for a short time. They felt great on my foot and ankle but a tad tight on my leg. I was right on the boarder of the medium and large and went with the medium, but it was a tad too tight for my leg.
I reached out to customer service and they handled the exchange very quickly and seemed happy to help ! I can't wait for the new size to arrive!

To be honest I ordered the wrong size leg sleeve from Onecompress. But this wonderful person Named Jean helped me and I was able to get a better size. The customer service is outstanding. Now for the product. I was worried the leg sleeve would be uncomfortable and hot. It was neither. Very comfortable and helped my poor aching legs. Sleeping pain free is a blessing. I will be ordering other products! I have my eyes on the gloves next!!

There customer service is the best, they do everything to help make sure you have the right size. The product speaks for itself, im able to get a good night rest without my knees bothering me. They are very soft and comforting

I tried the socks 2XL because my ankles and calves are swollen I lave lymphedema and lipedema after my total knee replacements, the socks were too big. I contacted the company and let them know I would need to get a return label and Jean a representative got back with me right away told me they could send a size down to try on, those socks were too big as well. Jean got back with me so fast and is now sending another size down for me to try, and states if I’m not happy with these socks I can get a full refund. I am awaiting my size large to come in I really want this to work I’ve heard such great things about this company. I want to say it’s so refreshing to have a company who cares and who reaches out to you to help! They got back with me so quickly to try to make this right and is very professional! This is hard to find in a company these days. To be continued but so far this company seems to really care about their product and their customer service!

So far I’ve purchased the foot/ankle sleeves and plan on the knee sleeve next. The quality is excellent, well made, and soft. I originally ordered a small, but believe the medium will be a better fit! Looking forward to great results!!!

I recently purchased knee, foot and hand sleeves. I am very happy with the knee sleeve. I have broken a toe, so stopped using the foot sleeve for the time being. Jean followed up with me and offered me a refund for the foot sleeve. In exchange she sent me another knee sleeve. I am very impressed with Jean and this company. I have bought knee sleeves before but this was far outweighs any I have.

First off I love my pair of One Compress Bamboo Sleeves. I feel like my two total knee replacements are being gently hugged and supported. When I first slid them on it was definitely an Awww moment. Love, love, love them.

Also, I can't say enough good about One Compress Customer Service. I ordered the wrong size and when contacting them with my problem, they immediately answered my email with detailed help. Mariz, was one of the best Customer Service Agents I've encountered. I was instructed to what they needed to ensure I received the proper size and expedited the replacement pair immediately, Wow!

I ordered the full leg sleeves and love them so much that I ordered a second pair. I also ordered the ankle support sleeves according to the sizing chart. Unfortunately, they were too tight and very uncomfortable. I contacted customer service for advice on a larger size. Tiffany was so helpful. They are sending me the larger size at no additional cost or return of the tight ones, which I never expected. She said to donate them and I will. I love their products and highly recommend them. Super soft. Most of all, their costumer service is over the top.

I recently ordered the OneCompress Bamboo socks but unfortunately in the wrong size. I contacted OneCompress several days after and inquired if I could exchange for the correct size. Tiffany from customer service was so helpful and immediately took care of my request. I offered to return and pay for my error but she said to retain the original and simply donate it if I preferred. The new order arrived within the week and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you to Tiffany for making the exchange so easy and thank you to One Compress for your excellent customer service and wonderful product.

I ordered a product that didn’t work for me, they sent me the correct one free of charge and I can give the unused product to someone in need. They have wonderful customer service and a great product, my knees feel so much better! Thank you so much, I love this company.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received! The best interaction I've ever experienced. I told Tiffany I needed a smaller size and before I knew it, my correct sized sleeve was being shipped. It was completely effortless, and I did not need to return the incorrect sized sleeves. The sleeves are very comfortable and supportive and im very glad I purchased them. Give them a try, this is truly a company that puts the customer first!

I've had several orders for knee sleeves from Onecompress. They are much softer and comfortable then others I have tried. Great for day and nighttime relief. My wife decided she would try the knee sleeves for her knee pain. We measured according to the size chart, but they ended up being to big and kept falling down. I emailed customer support and Jean responsed within an hour. Jean sent one size smaller for free to try out before exchanging the others 3 we ordered. After trying the smaller size I emailed Jean back and requested to exchange the other 3 for the smaller size. Jean emailed me back the next day to confirm order was shipped and to just keep the larger size sleeves or give them to someone else to try at no charge. Onecompress and Jean customer service is something you don't see much nowadays. Order with confidence knowing Onecompress will be there if you have a question or problem. Thanks Jean.

I've purchased several items from Onecompressbamboo, and love them all. I recently purchased their ankle braces and loved them, but they were too small. Jean helped me by replacing them with the next size up and suggested I pass on the smaller ones or keep them. I plan to give them to my daughter. I really appreciated her understanding and her quick, most helpful response!
