Great product, packaging could be better
An excellent company due to their commitment to the environment, with robust processes in place to ensure that they are people of their word. The products are high quality and comfortable - sizing is also accurate. They lose a star for choosing their packaging poorly. Although it was carbon neutral durable paper, the package was around 50cm x 35cm for 2 pairs of boxer briefs. It could have been 80% smaller and still fit the products in comfortably. This is an inefficient allocation of resources - please review and change this.

We 100% agree with your packaging comment. Unfortunately, we had run out of our normal letterbox boxes and small envelopes. I didn't want to delay sending your order so we used the larger paper mailers that we had available. Which, of course, are normally used for multiple larger item orders such as our sweatshirts. We apologise you were disappointed with your packaging, but rest assured it is not our normal items.
Hope you choose us again and we have our regular packaging back in stock. Thank you Carrie
Good ethics and quality
Very good communication and very happy with the t-shirt I’ve purchased. I also used the underwear recycling service and was very happy that my old clothing isn’t going to landfill.
