Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Usual pattern, 3 weeks since order and nothing. Also stopped replying to my emails. Will pursue refund through Credit Card company. How do these thief’s get away with this. Order from these at your loss.

FOBBED OFF WITH SILLY EXCUSES, GIVEN FALSE TRACKING NUMBERS NOT RECEIVED MY £60 ITEM. NOW NOT RESPONDING TO MY CONTACT AT ALL. 21 DAYS SINCE ORDER WAS MADE.
WILL HAVE TO GET MONEY BACK FROM CARD PROVIDER. TOTALLY FRAUDULENT SCAM. I SHALL BE REPORTING THIS A.HOLE TO THE POLICE AND HIS LOCAL TRADING STANDARDS DEPT FOR THEFT AND FRAUDULENT TRADING. I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYBODY ELSE DOES AS WELL.

This website, sorry, one-man band, is not a viable company. PLEASE read all the one-star reviews. I believe that "Richard" is also posting his own reviews to manipulate his rating. You will never receive your order and he will fob you off with multiple excuses. I am now pursuing a refund through my CC provider and will flag this to ActionFraud 0300 123 2040

Do not order from this company they will take your money but you won’t receive the goods ! So called Richard seems like the most helpful customer service rep but then all of a sudden you stop receive any form of communication and then realise you’ve been conned it seems like this shop has popped up in the last month or so and when we ordered there was a couple of good reviews but since everyone is in the same position as me and have been conned !

Spent £209:00 on 2 reels they never turned up contacted this bloke Richard by e mail and texted last Thursday he emailed me and said he had initiated full refund a full week later no refund been scammed not impressed now contacted my bank I'm fuming they were for my grandad s present Mr gw hedley Brighton

Provided fake tracking info, failed to issue refund when promised and had to claim back via my bank.

Do not order from this website. They take your money and you won't get what you've ordered or even have a response when you try and contact them regarding your order. Do not understand how this website is still running after there has been so many people clearly being ripped off. I am reporting this website to trading standards, as should everyone else.

Absolute pond life definitely a scam, please report to action fraud get them closed asap do not believe any of the fake positive reviews!! You will get a tracking number which will be legit but will relate to another address in the country not yours, if they answer your email they will string you along with promise of a refund that never cones

Avoid this company at all costs. It is a “SCAM”.
I am £119 down. Richard is a con man.

Don’t waste your time with this fake company, I got fooled by the low prices and have now had to go through the process of getting my money back through my credit card company. luckily I’ve had a refund. Stick to trust worthy websites people.

Scam. Goods did not arrive, assured refund would be given but still waiting. Trying to recover money through bank. Do not use this website.

Like all the other comments this is either an exceptionally poorly run company, or more likely a scam. Should have smelt a rat with the poorly worded response regarding my order. Tracking number was provided, but was delivered to an address in Scotland, not to Essex where I live. Got given some story about wrong tracking numbers being assigned to the wrong parcel. We are very sorry for the delay, have a full refund blah blah blah. When I said I wanted a refund they asked for my bank details and sort code as this would be quicker than a standard refund process. Fortunately in some respects I have only potentially lost £55. In short DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Order placed 6th Aug and now 30th - no sign of goods and unable to contact company. Don’t buy from here. Scammers.

ordered a fishing chair £55.99 had nothing but rubbish emails back saying courier had messed up tracking + other rubbish excuses, the guy who sends emails Richard proper dumb dumb can’t spell, sentences don’t make sense wouldn’t advise anybody to order, now having to go through bank for refund.

Reel never arrived. I guess the price was too good to be true after all. No response to emails. Unfortunately its a scam.
