I’d like to start by saying that every project manager has been incredibly helpful and always maintains a positive attitude, which makes for a really enjoyable and productive work environment. The training and meetings have also been very helpful, and it feels like a great team to be a part of. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience so far.

The app is also easy to navigate and very user-friendly. There have been some minor issues, like occasional freezing or duplicate hits, but these are rare and easy to handle.

They deleted my first account for no reason. i sent them an email to ask for help an clarification. They never answered. I created a second account and spent time with certifications. After few hours they disabled my second account without a message of explanation and they never answered my many requests of help and explanations. Useless waste of time.

Therefore, please patiently wait while the managers create your PO/payments. Obnoxious Oneforma

I was applying for jobs for about four months from now. Even if you passed a certain certification, they would reject your application without information or keep it idle citing approval reasons. I got fed up after a certain point of time. Informa is not worth a penny because of its take-for-granted attitude. I have never come across such an obnoxious online platform. I along with several friends deleted our account with one OneForma.

I asked on 8/23 that I had passed the exam, what should I do next? On 8/24, they wrote back and asked me if I had finished watching the training video? I wrote back and said that I had finished reading it. What next? There was no reply. Now they've written back and said you were expecting me to confirm watching the video, but now unfortunately, production seems to have been completed. But I replied as early as the 24th. It was really bad. I wasted my time taking exams and watching videos.

Missing Payment

I worked on a project from this for close to two months now and I have not recieved any payment. Despite emailing them several times and using the 'contact us’ feature on their site I have gotten nothing in the way of a response except some automated emails.

AVOID: Abusive & Unprofessional

The level of incompetence and abuse is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Firstly, I have dedicated hours passing exams and applying, and never got a reply. The exams, particularly the language-certification ones, are poorly designed, seem to be automatically translated, are unrealistic, and do not reflect day-to-day usage of the language. How do I know? I am a polyglot and I usually take these exams in multiple languages and ironically failed in my own mother tongue (yet passed in others), so I have a clear benchmark. But honestly, that's not even the problem. The problem is after applying to say 20 of these, I finally get accepted to a project, got asked to free myself for 4–5 hours a day, which I did, read documents and prepare, which I did, attend meetings to learn best practices, and for 6 whole weeks, not a single piece of work! So I complained, nobody answered, complained again, no answer. Then I started applying to other projects that I got invited to, I noticed I would get initially accepted, then discarded for no logical reason, even though I am quite competent and have interesting language skills combination, that are not quite common, then it hit me that I was flagged or black listed or something because I complained about their incompetence! Not sure what exactly they are tracking, but they definitely track your IP address, that's why you need to be "at home" to be able to connect. What's worse is, they didn't even pay me the little money they owed me from the UHRS. Obviously there is an unmentioned expectation you would work for free, there are projects on the platform where you get trained to do unpaid work for the promise of a future project that who knows whether it will ever materialize. I am not sure how this is even legal, after investigating, I know I am not a one-off case. Ironically, the email oneforma left in the replying to this review to "take a look at my issues" is the one they don't reply to.
