I was approved to do an assigment and then my aacount was flagged for suspicous activity and I can't longer access my account. I have never done anything illegal or violated any of their terms. This is one of the worst companies i have ever seen in resolving and issues and then when i contacted the department I was told that I had violated teir terms I am very confused by this and was told the decision was final now I am on a project I can't access after i went through all the assessments. This is a very bad experience with a company that I thought was legit a bunch of BS.

More or less the same experience regarding payment as most of the other reviewers here. The answers I get from The ServiceDesk and the Projectleader is that the're waiting for the feedback of the client before they can process payment...been waiting for almost two months now as the project ended medio March.
Edit: the anwer below is not good enough, I still haven't been paid for project Viva and didn't get any update so far. I was approached for LightHouse and Polly and did all the trainings etc but reading the experiences here on those, I put on the brakes. Since OneForma doesn't give clear answers I wrote a message to Centific as I understand OneForma is one of its platforms.
Upadate: I was paid this week(June 11th), it was the right amount. However I am still cautious about taking on other projects from OneForma since having had this experience.
Update: I got invitations several times from ObeForma to apply for other projects. So today I thought Ok, let's forget the past and move on and applied for Minerva(which they invited me for) And then get the massage I cannot apply because of suspicious activity..just like the majority of the other reviews here. I'm definitly doen with this company now.

Payment Recieved and everything is in order. However for one off the projects it took almost 3 months to recieve the payment. There are a lot of things to be done, Their chatbot is terrible and also they dont respond to any emails concerning the account.

I am very disappointed with my experience on OneForma. I completed tasks with full commitment and followed all instructions carefully. However, once I finished the work and was expecting my payment, I was shocked to find that my account had been suddenly suspended.
The reason given was "suspicious activity," even though I only use one account on my personal laptop. In Egypt, it is common for internet connections to be shared among different users, which might affect IP addresses—but this should not be a reason to deny a worker their payment after the work has been done.
What’s even more frustrating is that the account was not suspended during the work, but only when the payment was due, which raises questions about the fairness and transparency of the process.
I’ve reached out to support, but have not received a satisfying response. I request OneForma to review my case seriously and ensure that freelancers are treated with respect and paid fairly for their work.

Account is banned with suspicious activation, and wrote email to ask but no reply received. hope i will still receive payment that I done the job for before the deactivation

I have been doing work for Oneforma for over a month and they haven't paid me. When I follow instructions to inquire about pay, emails bounce back as undeliverable. When I send inquiries to "supervisors" I get no reply. My experience is this company is a scam.

SIMPLY A SCAM!... nothing else you need to know about this "company". Don't even waste your time or energy applying or even considering doing so for this company and their "projects" — you will only end up wasting hours upon hours of your time working through their tedious registration and certification processes, only to suddenly get banned for "suspicious activities" although you have done none of those.. Seems they are simply stealing people's time and information. Hope they get what's coming for them. Despicable company !

Horrible experience working for their UHRS project... outdated rules and system on their hit apps, very low pay, and worst of all, the release of their payment takes very long. Up to now, I am yet to receive my supposed payment covering March 1-31. Just wow!

Complete scam website - makes you spend hours putting in information and makes you do surveys/exams/tests in hope you will get to a place on the website where you can actually apply for the job. The tests is also very bad and 100% bot made, several options can be true but you get false answer anyway. Don't waste your time!

I am in OneForma for about 4 months. During this time, I am wanted to apply some jobs, to study on some guidelines and to take some exams. I spend hours and hours, I'm a qualified person in my job but I haven't got any job oppurtunity from that website. I joined a project, my subscription has approved but I didn't get any payment. When I asked with email about that, they always talked about "payment cycles". And they alway asked me some info about me, my address, phone number, id info etc. So I deleted my account because I think they are not trustable.

Hello, I have been working on OneForm for about two years on translation projects. My quality was excellent and I didn't make any mistakes during that time. When I logged in, I was banned for no logical reason. When I sent them an email, they didn't respond or anything. I don't know why they didn't respond to my email when I sent it to them.

Reply from OneForma
I worked on their translation project in January. They owe me more than 1000 USD worth of payment that they are still pending to pay until now (April). Scam company. Avoid them at all costs!

Bad service, my account is disabled and not activated now. I've been send an Email

I've got paid from Oneforma before and been at Oneforma for many years but when I logged in one time, my account got flagged and disabled. It was about VPN apparently that wasn't even active/on when I logged in. Can't log in. I wasn't even working on a project. I applied for a project I can't work or qualify on now. I emailed them but only an automated response came back. Why can't we use VPN on our free time? It said to disable VPN but I don't use VPN for work, only personal/entertainment.
Please, I want my account back.

One of the major red flags for me is, Oneforma/Centific wants you sign all kinds of documents including collection of your data by google, including personally identifying information, before actually giving you any work.
This is unsettling. Why do they need me to sign with my full name and signature, and email, agreeing to Google collection data which is not related to the company which is actually running the freelance work on a different platform?
Too many formalities with signing this agreeing to that, completing multiple tough certificaitons, before one actually see any works that does not really pay great.
I get paid much more to train AI on prolific and other places without having to give any of my personal details.
I had to sign up for Payoneer also which if unused costs me $30 a annually.
It just feels like Oneforma wants to much data signed from workers while giving very little back.

This site is all about Certifications for 0 work..its laughable. They are running joke of a platform here. They also force you to sign up for Payoneer which if unused charges you $30 a year in annual fee. When you have PayPal not sure why a paid payment processing platform is necessary? There is 0 work here btw. But huge of amount ridiculous certifications one has to waste their time on.

why you reject all audios with background noise, we can listen clearly! You know how expensive the audios are? How many audios we wasted?
if you still can’t understand our thresholds, you can stop from now

What’s especially surprising is the timing of this decision. For the past two weeks, I’ve been dealing with a severe viral infection and wasn’t working at all during that period. So, I’m genuinely astonished how any suspicious activity could have been detected, especially during a time when there was no activity from my side. To have this happen now, after almost two years of contributing consistently, feels unfair and disheartening. It’s hard not to feel hurt by this decision. After years of dedicating long hours, putting in my best effort, and contributing to the success of this project, being labeled as someone who engaged in unethical practices doesn’t reflect the commitment I’ve shown.
I’m reaching out regarding the decision to remove me from the Milkyway project. The reasons given—claims of VPN use, IP spoofing, or AI-generated comments—are extremely upsetting and, to me, feel like a misunderstanding or misjudgment and been working with OneForma for more than three years, including on projects like Jarvis, and I’ve always taken pride in maintaining high standards and following every guideline. For Milkyway, I worked patiently over the years, ensuring I delivered quality work even when the allocated time for tasks often felt incredibly tight. Writing meaningful, detailed comments for every task within those constraints has always been challenging, but I’ve done my best, every time, to meet expectations.

Unreliable Payments
The OneForma support team assured me that I would receive my payment between the 20th and the 25th, but I still haven’t received anything. No explanation, no clear update from them. It’s frustrating to experience such a lack of professionalism, especially when it comes to expected payments. A serious platform should honor its commitments or at least communicate transparently with its users.

Was banned arbitrarily due to my IP address. I live in a rural area and have a small Internet Service Provider, which can apparently raise issues. So they banned me, refused to overturn it, and the cherry on the cake is they email 20 times a week ever since claiming I can join luxurious projects
Im a veteran gig worker who gives my time to other platforms but this one wont quit pushing me away while pulling me back in i think it has borderline personality disorder
