I placed and order and it was confirmed. After two weeks I never received a shipping number. I reached out to the site and it couldn’t find my order number. I called their customer support phone number listed online and it was a random man who had no idea what website I was talking about. I had paid through Amazon so I filed a claim. Amazon wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone! Then the site was taken down! This is a scam and I urge everybody not to order from this website.

My wife ordered several garments which were meant to be linen. When they arrived they were cheap cotton. She emailed several times to ask for a refund and a return address but have received no reply. The website gives no return address and with no response from the company we are now left having to take this up with the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

UPDATE: Finally received an email giving a return address in Guangdong Province, China. Cost to return makes it hardly worth doing.

I love this dress! At first when it came it was not what I expected, I was expecting a stiffer material from the pictures, but it is actually super soft and comfy!! A bit dressier looking than I was expecting as I bought it to wear as a more casual everyday dress. I got tons of compliments on it and was extremely happy and comfortable wearing it!!

Read bunches of reviews for this and for similarly described products, decided to go with this item despite some very negative reviews, and I’m so glad I did! dress had no weird smell, fits like a dream, and is the correct fabric composition

I ordered several items of clothing from this company as the photos looked to be good quality and were advertised as being made from cotton and linen. When the package arrived the quality was very bad, the colours were very inaccurate to those shown on the website and the items were made of cotton and polyester and not cotton and linen. I have asked twice for a refunds address and label and no had no response at all. I am now having to get my credit card company involved. I am sorry but feel this is not a safe or responsible company and would strongly advise against buying anything from them.

If it was possible not to give any stars that would be my response. Neither model, size or quality corresponded to the online advertisement. According to their own return and refund policy they should provide full refund, but that is not what they actually do. I was offered to keep the items and get a 30% refund. The reason behind it was "too expensive shipping". When I asked for a full refund and an address for a return shipping, the seller never responded back.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Number one.. the quality is SHOCKINGLY different to what you see online. Secondly, they only refund 10% OF ANY RETURNS but hide this by saying MAYBE they will fully refund.

I ordered 3 items of clothing and none of them are anywhere near to the true size they should be. And the quality of the garments are absolutely dreadful. I’ve asked for my money back but had no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP.
You’ll just be throwing your money away.
