Save your money—poor product

I purchased a tree from them that was so poorly grown I’m ashamed to plant it in my yard. It is so crooked with two bends sideways that it will never look acceptable.
They said try and tape it up to force it and maybe it will straighten up. It’s alive so we won’t replace it.
I had thought this was a quality nursery but it sure sent me an pitiful Charlie Brown tree.
Save your money as these folks don’t grow a decent tree and don’t stand behind their product at all

This was my first order, and thrilled!

This was my first order with them and I was impressed. I did a huge order and was extremely happy with the condition and size of the plants I received. I love their selection and couldn't help myself. As for the plants, all of them have been in and thriving for a while now. I didn't loose a single one! I live in southern Oregon and instead of using the shipping option, I went with the plant mobile. They made it so convenient for me to place such a large order and not have to pay so much in shipping costs. Thanks again for the great experience, I will be placing another order with you when I can.

My only negative comment

My only negative comment was that I felt it was not proper for them to bill my credit card before shipment. Shipment occurred some weeks after placing my order.

Plants seemed fine

Plants seemed fine, all seem to be doing well except bare root Persimmon thats buds all dried up. Hopefully it recover over time. Wasn't very happy with how two of the honey berries looked (very spindly and weak). Apricot tree was very healthy and well branched however. Shipping was done well with minimal damage to the plants.

Very good quality plants

I ordered 3 plants, and they were all very good quality and beautifully packed: I was very pleased when I received them. Unfortunately, we had a very, very long winter here this year, and the ground was still frozen solid when they arrived. I re-potted them, and all but the Japanese pepper seem to be thriving. The pepper, however, is slowly dying - no blame to the company, but it was so lovely and healthy when it arrived, I was very sad to see it decline like this.

Late season order

Ordered a Black Raspberry and Jostaberry pretty late this season, had to wait an additional 4 weeks for shipping. Order was well packaged and in good condition, roots were moist. Plants were green but very wilted. I feel that this was more due to UPS, since they ended up adding 2 days to the scheduled delivery date, then they set package in the sun when shade was only 3 more feet away.
4 stars is for the 4 week wait, otherwise I would probably have given 5. Would order again.
