OneKey Classic 1S. the wallet is very excellent. but there is one very serious problem for the security of the password phrase. one important problem needs to be fixed. in order for the wallet to connect to the phone, the wallet regularly asks to enter the password phrase for the hidden wallet each time, this is absolutely unacceptable. such behavior of the wallet compromises the password phrase. the developers need to make it so that to connect a secret wallet the hardware wallet asks only for a pin code. only a pin code and nothing else. this is very important. the second problem is the relatively slow web3 browser. competitors have a fast web3 browser, OneKey has a relatively very slow one. and so everything else is very super, I really like this wallet. I really hope that the developers will read this review of mine and very quickly make solutions to these 2 important problems. thank you.

Shipping issues to Spain
I ordered early December, the device apparently shipped a few days later, destination Spain. Since Dec 28 it is stuck with the message “Sent to the overseas import customs”. The shipping tracking does not allow to see any details about the location. I contacted OneKey customer support for help and they answered they contacted the logistics provider, but no further update so far. All shipper details are in Chinese writing, useless for me.

I like the device design and the ease of use BUT I've lost faith that my crypto is completely safe on it.
It was developed and manufactured in China which as we know cannot be trusted, especially when it comes to my money.

The device works as expected
The device works as expected after a bit of playing around to understand everything. There could maybe be more how-to examples on the website to help with the first transactions.
I used the MixPay option. Sadly the fees where quite high during that time which increased the price from 278 to around 300 USD.
The delivery went well expect of the long delivery of 2-3 weeks but this was expected since it comes from Singapore.

I am not reviewing the hardware wallet, but the wallet for Windows.
I mine Kaspa and decided to use Onekey wallet for Windows to store my kaspa. After some months I decided to trasnfer my kaspa to convert to BTC. However, I couldnt transfer my kaspa and received a message saying "Transaction size too large".
So i contacted customer support. They came back with UTXO issues. Which basically means too many small transactions into the wallet to allow for crypto transfer. So, it appears that if you mine kaspa DO NOT USE this wallet.
So, and secondly, I find out that I also cannot transfer my kaspa because my wallet is a 'watched' account. I have never heard of this. i contacted customer support, who stated that I had not imported my wallet, when setting it up, with my 12 seed phrase, and this is why it was a watched account. So, i reset up the wallet from scratch usin gmy 12 seed phase, and guess-what, it still said I have a watched account.
So, conclusion is I cannot transfer my kaspa crypto from this hopeless and useless wallet. DO NOT USE ONEKEY AS A WALLET, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

It was very easy to install the wallet and I think it was a good decision to order it. BUT: if you want to update the software on the onekey, problems start - very bad description how to set the pin for the procedure, no tutorials on YouTube, e. g. „Try and guess“ for a hardware wallet that contains my cryptocurrency 😒👎

Easy use, but I belive its fake/dummy.
Not sure if there is actually crypto on the device.
Mine came with firmwire 1.9 , and the app keeps telling me to upgrade to version 2.0 or 3.9 , but it just sends you in a continous loop telling to instal web tool, re-installing, update, use webtool, install again so on.. Its exhausting.
This means that you cannot send or receive most of the currencies listed in app/webtool exp BTC , ETH and few more.
Also all my assets in BTC is avaible in the webtool , there no need for the hardware???

The support is horrible, if you have a problem they will simply say they can't do anything, I haven't tested the wallet yet as it never arrived, one of which I had a problem with an order and they refused to refund a wallet that I didn't receive. I ordered another one from another website to see if it was worth it but I'm already worried.
Suporte é horrível, caso tenha algum problema eles simplesmente vão dizer que não podem fazer nada, ainda não testei a carteira pois nunca chegou, sendo que uma tive problema com um pedido e negaram a fazer o estorno de uma carteira que não recebi. Fraud.
Ordered two wallets, had to apply for an import permit. The package value was massively under-declared (compared to what I paid for) which constitutes customs fraud so I could not get the permit.
Customer support refused my return request on something I NEVER received hence it was an UNOPENED package to begin with. Another red flag. Never trust their products to store my coins on due to all the fraud.
