Shocking service.

Minehead Medical Centre - really bad customer service. Have to use on line triage form, no longer take calls to book appointments. Sometimes you don’t even get a response. Other times you get a text message that you can’t reply to, which doesn’t take into account personal considerations- such as that I have go to work for a living!! Priceless. No wonder so many miss diagnoses.

Horrendous GP practice

I would give a 0 star rating but the lowest is 0. Doctors refuse to see patients keep sending to A&E or Physio when the illness is not a A&E issue or a physio issue but refuse to see patients face to face. They hide behind technology to triage patients. Do not listen to patients. I have been with Neath Health Centre for over 35yrs and have never experienced such horrendous health care until one medical group took over. I am ill and cannot get a GP appointment.

ABYSMAL Organisation

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the One Medical Group care since acquiring (Great western Medical Practice Aberdeen) the level of care provided constituted neglect, which has caused me significant distress and harm.
Specifically, I experienced, failure to diagnose, delayed treatment, improper medication, lack of follow-up. Despite my efforts to communicate my symptoms and concerns, to my ever-changing doctor and resulting in insufficient attention and inadequate response from the staff, resulting in a worsening condition, including emotional distress. Resulting in hospitalisation
I believe this Practice-Group should lose their licence to practise medical care. Warning, if you value your health, you are making a big mistake registering with any practice that is associated with this group.

Dangerous, careless and neglectful

This dangerous medical group should be banned from providing NHS services. They have breached data protection laws by not disclosing my personal health records - and ignore emails and complaints about missing healthcare records and dangerous practices. They do not comply with legal duties or provide GMC numbers for doctors when you are neglected from treatment referrals. they have no regard for patient safety or care.

One Medical Group

This company took over our GP practice in Brookland, Milton Keynes last year and the service level plummeted immediately. The phone wasn't being answered for months and months on end, and they stopped releasing appointments through Systmonline website, meaning that you have to visit in person early am to have any chance of getting an appointment. They were constantly failing to issue repeat prescriptions, I have seen continual queues out the door in the pharmacy in the downstairs of the building where the surgery is located, and heard constant complaints from people queuing there. Now about 18 months later it's not improved that much. They do answer the phones now but getting an appointment is no easier. There is a big sign in reception stating appointments are now being released (at midnight) through SystmOnline but I have stayed up late especially to log in on several occasions and on the dot of midnight no appointments have been released. This group are the worst thing that's happened to our practice. I could go on but it's too depressing.

poor service at Sheffield NHS walk in…

poor service at Sheffield NHS walk in centre which it transpires is contracted out to this group .
i tried to leave a review on NHS site twice. one gave 'too much info' - nothing personal tho another gave not enough info . both reviews rejected ie. censored by the NHS to prevent bad reviews
Hostile 'care' practicioner who treated me more like a prison inmate than a patient
Also i emailed them twice and was ignored.
Maybe this service needs to be put up to tender or brought in house
