POOR customer support

I reached out to customer support prior to purchasing to help determine what size would fit best. I was concerned as tube tops are notoriously difficult to size. Their cs team recommended a size medium. However, after wearing this top for the first time it was clear the shirt was too large for me as it kept falling down. I reached out to their team to ask to exchange for the correct size. However, they refused even though they had recommended this size! I would highly recommend NOT shopping here. Similarly, ask for shirt measurements prior to purchasing as opposed to trusting their recommendation based on your measurements.
