Initially all went really well

Initially all went really well, bike came when promised and was in excellent shape. Year later it took time to get a reply, but when finally got one, service was excellent and I've got no complaints.

Good Delivery / Poor Pickup

The bikes were great — brand new, in fact. Delivery went fine. In the beginning, I recommended the company to many people.

Pickup was a hassle, however. The link online didn’t work. The windows of time offered for pickup were basically all day, with about ten minutes of notice when the person came to pick them up. I was charged for a bike after it had been returned. (This was quickly remedied but was an extra chore all the same.)

The workers were friendly.

I am only leaving this review because I have received about ten reminders to do so.
