Really good customer focus and fast…

Really good customer focus and fast turn around. I wasn't sure about sizes so kept ordering and returning things but got there in the end. Throughout they were quick to send and refund so would highly recommend them. Better than bigger companies in regard to product quality and customer service.

Great customer service

Fantastic customer service. There was an issue with my order so I needed to contact them, they replied and resolved the issue very swiftly. A great example of how customer service should be especially with online stores. I highly recommend this site.

Cheap

Fast transaction and delivery.
Bought two maxi dresses for summer on sale material isn't that great it's very thin.
It comes up large so I ordered a size down it fitted fine. Just a shame about the quality, you get what you paid for I suppose.

2nd coat purchased

Purchased my second coat and the quality is just amazing, fit is true to size. Extra bonus was it was in the sale. Also arrived very quicky .

Highly recommended

I love my new coat! The customer service was fantastic; Gabriella offered advice and support and also arranged an exchange very quickly so that I have my new coat to wear in the freezing cold weather! Would definitely recommend for their fashion and customer service! Thank you!

Customs charges

I am still waiting for my order
There was an extra €12.71 for customs
Which I had to pay,I'm not happy that I was not made aware of this charge as I would have not ordered knowing this

The BEST little secret online.

Genuinely cannot fault One Nation Clothing. I've placed multiple orders with them as I'm obsessed with what they stock and the prices are affordable. They ship quickly and their stock is fashionable and trendy. Obsessed and no doubt will be ordering more and more as time goes on!

Last minute gifting

This was the first time I have ordered from One Nation Clothing and would highly recommend. I ordered a coat as a last minute Xmas gift for my wife and the ONC team were super helpful when answering my questions and they made sure the item arrived before Christmas. The coat turned out to be the perfect size and my wife has already commented how warm and cosy it is. Fantastic business.
